Great printer if you need to print things while away from the computer just by sending an email. It is light and takes little counter space

Have limited use of printer so far as just set up week-10 days ago. Product is easy to use based on conttrol panel prompting. Is lighter in weight than old 2009 HP printer which was hardly used). My only complaint is the set-up instructions are a bit vague. With only pictures for direction and no verbiage, it takes trial and error to figure out where the ink cartridge section is, the sections to the paper tray, etc. The HP online registration and setup completion goes smoothly.

I went from an HP Office Jet All in One printer to this one when my old one pretty much died after 4 or 5 years. So far, this one is doing everything well. The only challenge was in setting up the automatic ink ordering program. I received my first shipment of ink, then the printer notified me that I was nearly out and needed to reorder which was supposed to happen automatically. It finally took a couple of hours on the phone with the InstantInk people and several resets of my printer to get everything working properly. But, it is now fine.

Not too difficult to set up for an inexperienced non computer savvy person like myself and it's great to be wireless with printing!

This all-in-one printer is excellent. I went into the store looking for a printer. I had looked in Consumer Reports and had the number of the printer they recommended; however, that number was not in the store. I needed a printer immediately so I chose this one after reading about it in the store. It was an excellent choice. Its wireless print function works perfectly, prints quickly and I am 100% pleased with my choice.

This printer is fast, clear, fairly easy to use, I had a little trouble setting up the email feature, but it's working now.
