I've always used HP printers, this one seems significantly faster and smoother than all the other ones that I've owned. I would definitely recommend this one. I would definitely buy it again and hope it lasts as long as other hp printers that I have owned in the past.

I had gotten a few years out of my previous printer which I purchased at Best Buy. So when it came time to replace it I figured I would see what was available at Best Buy. After looking at several models I found one that would service my family's needs and it was priced within my budget. So far everyone seems to be happy with it.

This unit replaced an 11 year old HP OfficeJet 6480 that finally quit. At 1/2 the price, this unit seems to be a really good replacement. Easy to set up, easy to network, clear fast printing. We'll se if it's as durable as the one it replaced.

Prints good quality text and photos. All functions, such as, print, copy, and scan work according to user manual but are a bit slow. Good printer for the price paid.

This printer was easy to set up and get operating for my home use, I like the document feeder for copying and scanning multiple pages. The touch screen is large enough to see and touch the appropriate icons. I joined the HP ink program to save on the cost of future ink purchases. So far, that is working well.

This is a versatile all-in-one printer that is very reasonably priced with all the standard features that one would need either at home or small office. If you needed something just a tad faster, you could also get the 6979 model but I don't think it's worth the price!

This printer works the way it was advertised. It installed easily and all of the functions work as expected. If there's any complaint from me, it would be that the startup time sometimes seems to take a minute or so to calibrate itself. Maybe that's normal for inkjets when they aren't used everyday.

The printer works as described. I have also used the scanning mode and it works well too. My only complaint is the rebooting process, which the printer does every so often. This can take about 5 minutes and you cannot proceed with printing until this cycle is complete. Otherwise I am satisfied with it for the price.

Love this printer! It was a bit hard to set up on my Mac, but once I toyed with it for awhile it worked. The only complaint that I have is that it is SLOW. My Epson was faster, but pricier. I joined the ink program and think that it is great! I will pay much less for ink now. The quality of this printer is great so far.

we love it. our old one was like 10 years old so this is such an upgrade and at a fantastic value. everything is smooth going and super user friendly great page per minute rate double sided printing and love the touch display and single cartridge ink stuff. hp is always the best!

I bought this printer over 2 month ago and it's been working great. It gets used every day and haven't had any issues. Setup took about 10 minutes. It does a maintenance check every time it's been sitting for more than a day or has been power off. In my experience, this has been a reliable printer.

This is my fourth HP printer. I absolutely love the HP instant ink feature so I knew I wanted to stick with HP. This Office Jet Pro 6968 seems a little more"plasticky" and not quite as solid as the last one. A bit noisy and clattery, but spits out great copies and fits the space on my desk better!!!

I hate reading all of the do's and don'ts about new products! This printer had simple, easy to understand, instructions that gave me a great big smile when installing it! So far I am very satisfied with this purchase and the salesperson was terrific while helping me choose this model.

This printer is fantastic. I am a college student and I needed a printer that would work with my phone or my mac or my laptop. This printer is perfect. It also allows me to print from anywhere. So if I forgot a report at home I can just tell it to print my report and it will be ready to pick up as soon as I get home.

I cannot believe how easy the setup is. You just turn it on. Go to a website and click a couple of things and it does all the setup for you. I thought it was weird I didn't have to go into the settings menu on the printer and spend time configuring. Plus the instant ink is an excellent option

I purchase this for my daughter she is a collage student and really like what the printer is capable of doing.

This has been a very good printer. I'm able to print from all my devices, Apple, Android and PC (windows and linux). The HP direct and wireless features work flawlessly for me. I had an older version of this printer which wasn't the case you could only do one or the other not both. With this printer you can do both. It seems to sip the ink unlike previous models I'm still using the original ink. With my moderate printing needs.

My previous printer was an HP but finally quit on me. This one exceeds my expectations and was the 2nd one (I tried another HP printer and it was terrible - ate almost all the ink - every print job). I am glad I did some more research and found this one, been very happy with this replacement.
