Only complaint is menu buttons are really small and it's easy to make a mistake inputting numbers for faxing

MY TECH SKILLS ARE MINIMAL, BUT I WAS ABLE TO INSTALL THIS PRINTER MYSELF AND AM LIKING IT BETTER EVERY DAY AS I GET MORE FAMILIAR WITH IT. PROBLEMS I HAVE ENCOUNTERED ARE PRIMARILY BECAUSE OF MY LACK OF TECH SKILLS RATHER THAN PROBLEMS WITH THE PRINTER. HUGE IMPROVEMENT OVER THE PRINTER THIS ONE REPLACED.

I have a 4500 series which i fell in love with, i needed to get something for my home owners association. this thing is perfect. fast printing, wireless and best of all is the HP Instant Ink. Id never buy another NON-HP printer. Saves money! Resolution, Scanner, Print quality all top notch

The printer is very good and prints fast. The only problem I have is trying to figure out how to print photos. We have tried many times and no luck so far. I need to print using an 81/2 by 11 sheet for one 4x6 photo. Even with the 4x6 paper it will not print. Outside of this problem all is well with the printer.

Needed something that covered all your normal bases for regular office use. Installation was easy. Replacing cartilages is easy and the printing quality is good. Have not used it for photos. Not sure how well it would do.

I replaced a much more expensive printer with this one and wish I had this one in the first place. The setup wizard is all you need to set this up completely. It stays connected and is ready for WiFi print jobs at the drop of a hat. I am fully satisfied with my purchase

This is a great purchase at the price point. A lot of printer for the price. I highly recommend this product. I was easy to set up and a child could operate this machine. The ease of operation and the ease of setup, plus what you get is probably one of the best purchases I have ever made.

I bought this for my niece who is in middle school, since I had one. One of the cartridges was no working properly, so Best Buy gave me a new one for her. Since then, it has been great! Easy to set up and connect to WiFi. My niece is very happy with her printer.

This thing is very nice! It prints quickly and works flawlessly. I printed some borderless 4x6 pictures, and it looks like I got them printed professionally. This printer is great and I would definitely recommend it to a friend.

This printer has exceeded my expectations in terms of the print quality and the copy feature which was one of my prime purchase motivators. I have yet to do any high quality color photos; however, given what I have seen on plain paper, I expect the results to be good.

I love this HP printer. I have no issues with it not printing over wireless like the last one.

Was looking to get a printer that could print, scan, especially scan with an auto feed feature. It was perfect and works almost seamlessly. Only issue is the software connectivity is spotty at times during wireless scan, it seems like a software issue, but otherwise a great printer, compact and functional.

Good printer and easy to use, even with photos. The instant ink program is nice if you don't do a lot of printing. The printer constantly loses the wifi connection and I am unable to use AirPrint from our apple devices. An easy solution is to email any documents to the printer and they print instantly.

I use this printer strictly for scanning and printing. It does documents very fast and quieter than any printer I have had so far. I am very pleased. Good bye, Epson, you were a good friend for many years.

I needed a print that was faster better print quality. This printer is pretty good at that once you get pass setting it up. Still haven't got the wireless print to work more than once and the app didn't work very well at wireless either but overall it's great and I will do the wireless whn I have time.

This printer is awesome and I love it. It can go on Google drive and print it out from there.

The multiple product lines carried in the store made it easy to compare value versus price.

Best printer hands down I have owned. I love the option to print both sides of things like your ID etc. the ink that comes with it lasted me months. And that’s printing a lot of paper for college school work. Never have had any issues at all with it. Def worth the money

After having shopped around and compared printers on the internet, I found this HP Officejet Pro 6968 to be the printer to meet all my needs. I've used it for a little over a month and so far it has performed well beyond my expectations. Would definitely recommend this printer and Best Buy to everyone!
