i have several Epson printers with fair success. I am hoping this one is reliable.

Very satisfied with the printer, easy set up, HP is just a solid choice.

We needed a new printer and decided to purchase it from Best Buy. This was a very good decision. We did research many printers and found our Best Buy associates good. They had excellent input regarding our needs. Very good printer with easy set-up.

Prints, scans, copies fast and clear, as advertised. I have not used the fax. I like the wireless technology and that I can send an email directly to it. The display is rather small, but contains lots of features, most of which I have not yet used.

Easy set up Difficult to replace ink cartridges Goes thru a lot of ink for us.

This is a great printer for me. It handles all my daily printing needs.

This printer sets up very easy. The touch screen menu is easy to navigate. The HP ink service is also a plus and cheaper than buying ink in the stores. We have had no problems with this model and would buy this model again.

This seemed to be a reasonable price compared to the other printers we looked at. It has great print quality and hasn't jammed once. The scanning option is also quick and easy. Definitely would recommend if you are looking for best bang for your buck

great just what I always wanted in a printer right price at the time

I haven’t even tapped into all the features available on this printer. I primarily use it for just printing and copying documents. The color is sharp and beautiful. I also use HP instant ink and highly recommend it. I gave the printer 4 stars for 2 reasons. 1. It was not compatible with my older laptop which is the only device I use. I had to purchase a new laptop to be able to use the printer. I bought a cheap $200 laptop and it works fine for what I need it for but it drains my internet data and I am sure this is because there is a ton running in the background that I can’t figure out how to shut off. 2. The mobile app to print from my phone and also to set up a printer was not compatible with my older laptop and also will not work if your only internet access is a mobile hotspot which mine is. You have to have a wireless connection to use the app.

Prints good but runs out of ink real quick with just maybe 50 prints.

Works fine. It is an OfficeJet so photo stuff can be quirky, like trying to print black and white on ANY special photo paper doesn't work. It works only on plain paper so I used matte and it was ok.relatively fast for an inkjet but not too bad.

Steongly reccomend it double sidedprint and from your phone awsome.

It still works fine, only a few problems with commutation when trying to print out pages from PC sometimes. Work great with my iPhone thought out the house. Another thing is I brought the Ink plan and it was supposed to tell you when you need ink and ask you if you want to reorder the ink , never happened! I end up going to the store to but it anyway or orders online! This printer ink is mostly out of stock very often! Lucky The printer plan was very cheap (5.00) and wasn’t worth the hassle to return the plan, if you lucky they sometimes offer it for free if you buy this printer.

Been using this printer (light home use) for about 5 months with no issues. My only complaint is it seems like the HP ink runs out quickly. Mostly used for printing, but I have used for scanning, copying, and faxing...all work well

I like buying at Best Buy for their guarantee and excellent product.

We have many devices, computer, and printers hooked to this. We never have an issue. It was super easy to set up. It walks you through it step by step on the printer. We also use the fax machine capability. We have had no issues.

The printer was easy to set up and the quality of the copies was very good!

I wasn't to sure about the printer after the ride home. Thinking to myself I was sold on something random. After the setup which is very easy, it's hands down the best all-in-one I have ever had. I would definitely buy another if needed.
