This printer meets all my needs from wireless printing from anywhere to the HP app keeping me in the know with ink levels. It does maintenance at scheduled times really convienant.

Printer is a good, solid performer. Print from mobile phone is great, very easy. Scanning is ok, but not very intuitive. Maybe I haven't mastered scanning yet, but not as simple as my previous HP printer.

We have 2 in our office. They're inexpensive enough and they do their job. I usually have to replace our printers every year or so. With this price I don't mind as much.

I am really happy with HP printer.it's responsive, uncomplicated and easy to use. Uncomplicated. I had to fight with the previous one and tear my hair out with each project.

I purchased this printer after my HP OfficeJet 4500 failed during an important project. At first the printer was great and I eventually enrolled in the HP Instant Ink program. I am not sure if it is the Instant Ink program or my Dell, but whenever Windows updates, I have to unplug the printer's power cord to reset the printer. Sometimes the printer will automatically work after the reset, or I will have to reconfigure the printer's WiFi settings. I would only recommend this printer if it is purchased with an extended warranty.

Needed a new printer for my office, did no to little research on printers just went in and picked this one out bases on looks and cost. Works great, setup was really easy

the printer was easy to set up, easy to use. Not a big fan of HP instant ink especially since it monitors every print you take. Also did not like the printer registering itself without input.

This printer is so easy to setup and use. My daughter just loves the ability to print double sided. The only negative and it is very minimal is that it takes a little bit of time to start.

Really did all the features i needed and nothing i didnt need. Quick install. Only issue was i need to initiate with the ink cartridge supplied not the upgraded one i purchased.

Was looking for a home printer and ran into this one on sale. Great features, specially the wifi and double side printing! Ink not that expensive when replacing, and prints really quick

I'm very pleased with my purchase ,not being a tech guy I required help from the "Geek Squad" during printer setup... Runs very well for what it is. The ink cartridges are pricey and I recommend buying the xl size to avoid delaying mass printout tasks! For what I need it fits perfectly.PS/ The Geek Squad Service is the best for folks like me that can't setup a wireless printer. Yeah "GEEK Squad! I would rated this item higher If the set up was easier for me. Yes, I would post a 5 star rating. This is a quality printer that does a good job. I've only owned it for about a month, but it's running perfectly, communicates over wi-fi with my computer seamlessly and prints like a dream.

Had been putting off purchasing a printer but needed a new one with copy and scanning capabilities. Have had it for the past two months and so far no issues. Works great and prints fast.

All in one (print, copy, scan), meets my small business needs, prints great and was easy to set up. Functional within 15 minutes of opening the box.

My old Cannon All in one had finally died. I looked on the BB website and chose this model. Glad I did, it works great with my computer as well as my mobile device. I am happy with HP.

I love this printer! It's like a compact laser printer. I love the functions it has and the way it looks. I do wish it could copy or scan two-sided pages, but it's a small issue. I still love it!

This is a very good printer, if replaces another hp printer that I had. I did researched different printers before I got this one and I throught this was the best buy for the money.

purchased as gift for a small home office. works well, quiet, printing is a little slow but normal for a inkjet printer. we always buy HP and are satisfied with their products.

This printer has every single feature you could ask for. The wireless printing and AirPrint from my Apple devices are probably my favorite features. Best printer available for the money.

I am unable to copy a 2 sided page to a 2 sided page. I have to make two 1-sided pages first. My old copier could do the 2 sided original. This is a pain. Everything else is ok. Easy to install.
