I'm in love with our new printer. Not only does it come fully equipped with ink and directions , but it was an easy set up. I really appreciate how there is an app where you could control everything. We even got the hp + it's just perfect in size also. I really recommend getting this printer.

I've had this printer 2 years and it is the most dependable, easiest to use I've ever had. Other printers always seemed to get a lot of paper jams. Not this. Print quality is superb...prints great pictures.. I would highly recommend.

Easy set up, whether u use it via smart phone or set up through PC. I set up from my personal computer and found it very easy and was happy about that. Prints just fine for what I use it for. So far I’m pleased with its performance.

Fantastic printer. Easy to set up, ready to print. Only snafoo I've encountered has been a random spool error message. Other than that the quality and speed of this thing are outstanding.

For the price point this is an excellent deal. For Home or Office this is a great Copier, Printer, Fax. Easy installation. Fast Printing clean and crisp imaging. Very satisfied with the purchase.

Overall, a good HP printer-scanner-copier. When setting up, highly recommend using the mobile app rather than Windows 11. The app requires about 5 minutes versus lots of frustration using Windows. It replaced a Photosmart 5520 and provides the same service at a fraction of the cost. It's not as sturdily built as the Photosmart, but a terrific value. If it fails to print, there's no need to open the HP app on the computer to find the problem. A turn off-turn on solves the problem. For the price, I recommend this printer for home or light office duty.

This printer replaced an HP 7600 series All-in-One printer. It has all the same general features, but has a smaller footprint, is faster, and so far seems to give more value for the price. My only concerns are: A) The front panel seems to open with very little contact, causing occasional disruption in printing. Maybe a little more sturdy closure mechanism is warranted for that feature. B) The paper tray is a bit difficult to fill due to the confusing lines for standard paper, and other sizes not aligning with the built-in physical "stops" of the tray. Otherwise this is a well made and performing printer.

Decent printer for home use or light office use. The tray hardly holds any paper. I wish the tray pulled out farther. Printer stays online fine. Quality of paper printing and copying is fine. I have not tried to print pictures.

This is a really great printer if you need one for your home office. It’s easy to set up and put the ink cartridges in. Just follow the instructions on the screen and it takes you through step by step even for setting up for Wi-Fi and to your computer.

I’ve had this printer for approximately a year now. It’s the best purchase I’ve made. Everything works so smoothly and the printer itself is so neat. I also love how you can work with it through your phone it’s so convenient.

Very easy to setup and use. The printed sheets are very clear and the color is great. I wish that this version had a port for a memory stick like my last HP printer though.

This printer has delivered on every task. I put it through. Scanning works really well and the printer prints at a decent speed per page for its price point.

Sleek printer that is quiet and easy to operate & load new ink. Updates take forever though and papers usually fall on floor after printing even with tray.

Print quality is good and like the scanning feature. Appreciate that it’s not too loud; some make so much noise printing and scanning.

Great printer. No smearing. Printer setup was easy with smartphone. Tried using my HP AIO desktop and have yet to get it to find the printer but that not the printers issue. Great overall

I use the HP for scanning, copying and printing about 400-500 pages a month. These printers are perfect. And HP stands behind them. I had problems with an 8030 series printer, and when we couldn't get it to work right, they sent me a new one.

So far it is working quite well. Was fairly straight forward to set up, considering we are only somewhat computer savvy. The print quality is good. Have to remember to pull the paper stop out or it with send the paper on the floor.

Super easy to set up and use. Copies are printed perfect and I love that I can also scan and fax. We replaced a HP7640 after years of service and so far the HP8020 is a far better All-In-One Inkjet printer.
