Bought this to replace a 5 yr old prior printer that was no longer getting updates and was working intermittently. Good quality printer, preforms all functions well. I just hate that they force you to buy a new printer because they decide to longer provide updates or support

Amazing print quality, it was easy to set up via wirelessly and a great price for the printer I needed for my home office.

It consumes ink very fast. I don’t know if it’s normal

Bought a cheap printer. I couldn’t enlarge. Didn’t realize that. Plus it used ink very quickly. Worse, quality of copied photos was just horrible. Returned cheap printer to Best Buy. Bought this one, 8025e. This is real life review after using it a month. We do lots of printing & scanning. This was least costly printer that can enlarge, reduce, scan. A true full function printer. Copies, printing is very clear. Fairly fast printing. Ink cartridges are not cheap, but last much longer. This printer has a automatic copy system on top of scanning bed. (This printer is considered office printer). I’ve never used this system. I’m very pleased with this printer. It can do all the scanning & printing that a printer can do. Paper tray holds a fair amount of paper. I would absolutely buy this printer again. One thing I don’t care for is the control panel for printer on the PC is not actually downloaded for real. Called HP Smart. It must go online when you want to use it. If internet is down it won’t work. The printer has its own control panel which works good. But scanning to jpg the PC control panel must be used to send scan directly to photos in PC. Sadly all new HP printers use the HP Smart control panel. This printer is just in our home, for home use. Old printer was 8 years old. I was shocked at how the quality of printers had dropped. Pretty much need to spend about $180 to get the print quality & features the old $79 printer had. Such is life.

Easy to use. Printing is good. Print cartridges are high.

I had some difficulty getting the printer to be recognized by my computer. It was resolved within a reasonable time. I like the print quality in both color and B&W. I like the convenience of Instant Ink. I find the navigation screen to be too small and as a result the print button hard to see, find and press. Why are there so many steps to follow before you can press start?

I bought this because, after reading about it, I incorrectly believed I could hardwire to computer as an option. I set it up to print wireless. It would print one thing, but not the next. Finally, I used an ethernet cable to plug it directly into wireless router. Now it seems to work reliably. Used it to print and scan, but not fax. Was happy with results.

Easy setup on home network. Fast good quality copies. Double-sided copies very easy on this printer!

Easy set up. Fairly quiet. Very easy to use the screen to change how document prints. Very reasonable.

This is a great printer for the price. It offers plenty of flexibility in how and where you want or need to print. Easy setup too.

Overall it does a great job. Figuring out how to load paper wasn’t easy. Had several jams before it worked right.

Highly recommend. Prints fast. Easy to set up. I had previously purchased a Brothers pribtr, returned because it was slow.

Working from home and using this printer. Smaller, lighter, uses less ink and works faster than its predecessor.
