The printer I got was defective so I did have to go back to Best Buy and exchange it which was a hassle but I will say the girl from customer service was extremely helpful in making my exchange very easy. The quality of this printer is excellent and I thought the ink would run out immediately because I was printing out a lot of color invitations but they're still completely full. I'm very happy with this product.

I am enjoying the printer very much. It includes what was missing in my previous purchase (digital screen display and top-feeder for multiple copies), makes very clear black/white and color copies, cartridges easy to insert, and I have received first shipment of Instant Ink Cartridges. Also, the process of connecting the printer to my MacBook Air was the easiest I have ever encountered. In my opinion, it is also very attractive.

I purchased this printer to complement my small home office technology. I was concerned that installation would be an issue as I'm not a "techie". Far from being an issue, installation was extremely easy and within 20 minutes I was printing and scanning! I wanted a device that I could scan multiple pages at one time to pdf files and this printer aces that task! In addition, printing is easy and fast as well! I think this was a great buy for me!

I have used the print, scan and copy function and it produced very clear copies. I did have a problem with the procedure for setting it with the wifi at first. I called HP support and the first guy was rude and actually hung up on me. I called back and got someone nicer but they tried to sell me other products and never really helped my issue. I solved it myself.

Just bought this printer a few weeks ago. Printing works well. Not so happy with scanning though, and I scan more than I print. The HP "SMART" app is not so smart. It decides which pages should be upside down, and when I edit to rotate the upside down pages, sometimes it stays correctly and sometimes it doesn't. I'm frustrated with it. There is no duplex scanning, but I knew this when I bought it. I liked the app that I used with my older HP OfficeJet Pro 6968.

This printer was easy to set up and use ! Love the app and the ability to scan docs to send very easily !

It does everything I need including legal papers and mobile phone.

It was a good purchase and I am using it almost daily. Sometimes I have to resend items from my phone several times before it will print. If there is a problem this would be one. It is irritating when I really need something quick and I have to resend items over and over. Other than that I am completely satisfied with my purchase.

Easy install. Used in small office mostly for scanning. Flawless 3 months in.

I purchased this printer as an upgrade to my HP-OfficerJet 6000 series. The HP OfficeJet Pro 8025 is extremely fast and receiving information and printing it. What I also found unique is that there are no USB ports. You can basically scan and send via email. This printer is really oriented toward a future where we can scan PDFs on our smart phones and send them to the printer (something I now do often). I really enjoy it and I am happy with my purchase.

Two high school students are using this printer every day. It is easy to use and makes wonderful copies.
