So far, I love this printer. It's just what I needed. It is perfect for me.

I like the large capacity of the paper tray, as well as he ease with which the cartridges can be changed. I signed up for the ink program, and have already received my first supply of ink for when the limited capacity ones that were in the printer as received run out. The program that monitors my use of ink should save me time and money and eliminate my going to he store to purchase whatever cartridge has run out. If it works as advertised, it will be fantastic!

Easy set up Great Quality Prints Never run out of ink with Instant Ink

Print quality is great but it takes a little time to get up to speed. And occasionally when I'm ready to print it decides to go into printer maintenance mode, which can be annoying. Connecting it to my laptop and phone via my in-house wifi was easy and works well.

Working good so far, fairly easy setup and use, good quality prints.

Overall I can't complain. It was easy to set up and connect to my network. If I remember correctly there was a little bit of time waiting for over the air updates, but nothing too long. I have been able to print and scan without issue. I even printed addresses on #10 envelopes without issue. Scanning has also been fine, though for some reason everything through the feeder is slightly askew. It should work for you if you're looking for a home office printer.

Is a complete all in one printer. Maybe the scanner could be a little bigger to scan longer pages.

This HP printer works well when hard-wired to a PC, and when used as an air printer.

Does not integrate well with my router & home network. HP acknowledges the issue but does not have a resolution after 6 weeks. It makes nice copies though.

This printer is a great printer. Easy to set up on your phone or laptop. Photo quality is good.

I replaced my older HP with this one because I have to print cardstock several times a month. This worked great for that, and aside from the paper tray that feels a little cheaply made compared to the rest of the printer I love the actually printer and it does feed the cardstock beautifully. I do not appreciate though that HP now makes you go through their app to set it up and forces you to sign up for insta ink. I already had my insta ink from my last printer and was worried about creating 2 accounts. It was way too difficult to get the help I needed. I had to call twice and now the leftover ink has been "disabled" and I have several ink cartridges that I paid for that they have deactivated and I can't even make copies to use up the ink I paid for. Additionally, I still can't scan from the printer as it says I need the HP123 app which I have. I am able to scan from the app but it is sometimes more convenient to just hit scan when you load the documents. Pretty frustrating. HP was my favorite for years but this process may have lost me as a loyal 30 year customer.
