    I brought this printer, I had a time putting it together, the paper hold slot will not close all the way. I am unable to scan. I will be returning this printer.

    Set up was easy until it came to the software. At first had trouble downloading The HP Software for MAC. Was a little dissatisfied with HP customer service, because I could seem to talk to anyone. Left it for a few days. When I went back yesterday, it took a minute or two. Must have been some glitch. Print quality is excellent.
