These HP printers are a racket. You are put into their Smart category and instead of buying ink, you pay 10 cents a page for every page you print. When I realized this I cancelled the Smart subscription and now am buying my own ink. It was on sale for a very discounted price, which is why I bought it, but the HP Rep who was in the Best Buy store did not tell me the truth about the potential cost of printing a lot of pages. It seems to be working ok now, but have had problems getting it to connect to my computer wirelessly.

This printer does it all! Easy to setup, and wireless printing! Quality is great!

I bought one of these that ended up having a jammed paper tray, a piece inside broke off and I was able to get the drawer opened but was not fixable so I was able to exchange defective item and replacement printer is excellent, works as expected.

So far so good. Problem with printers they last about a year and it’s cheaper to replace. Like this printer and the app, crossing my fingers it has a long life. Only reason I give it a good is excellent will be reserved for a couple years from the date of purchase.

This is a good printer. Easy to setup, easy to use. I just wish it wasn't so big. I am looking for a small compact printer that does everything this one does. Other than that I am happy with it.

Seems like a fine multi-function printer. My HP6600 crapped out so needed a replacement and HP still seemed like the right manufacturer. The wireless printing is a real plus as is two-sided printing. The print quality is solid too. The biggest negative, like a lot of these printers, is the cost of ink.

This is a very nice printer! I only use it for printing word documents but they look great! I had some trouble getting the WiFi to consistently work. Every time I went to print from my laptop or phone it wouldn’t be connected and there wasn’t anyway to get it to connect! I ended up calling HP to correct the issue and it’s be great ever since.

The printer is actually one of the best printers I have ever owned. The pictures are vivid and the color is excellent. So far everything that HP advertises about the printer, lives up to the advertisement and does so and quite well. If I have any complaints, it is only that the instructions could be much clearer.
