My client was desperate and this was the best I could find at a decent price. I can't fault it. It prints very nicely and scans and copies great but it's no better than most HP's at 1/2 the price. I do l;ike the new design though.

I still miss it. I hooked this up by myself. Directions are not the easiest to follow. Feels like several steps were left out, if you know what I mean. But, once I got it going, I am very happy with it. Prints beautifully.

Not the best choice for me

Having trouble opening the drawer. Also, don't care for it's needing four inks instead of just two - one color for convenience.

Printing seems as though it may be a little slow. When I try to print something from my MacBook from the Chrome browser, it won’t print the page. If I try to print the same thing from Safari, it will print. It could be me and not the printer. Scan feature works fine. I have not tried he fax yet. Overall, I’m pleased.
