Defective Print Heads

Cheaper to buy a new printer the Print head. I like the printer when it works but so far I have had to replace 4 HP printers due to defective print heads.

Not the best choice for me

Having trouble opening the drawer. Also, don't care for it's needing four inks instead of just two - one color for convenience.

Best printer I've owned.

I love the fact that I can copy, scan, print, and fax all in one. I also love that I can fax through my mobile phone through the app. I use instant ink with it which is a lifesaver! The quality of the printing is great and I love that I can also connect my printer wirelessly. Overall extremely happy with my printer. So happy I took the leap and bought it.

Scanner needs work.

It prints rapidly with good quality. However the scan feature is not user friends and so far yields very blurry images. I need to work with the settings however I'd give the scanner a thumbs down at this point.

Solid, HP Reliable, Reasonably priced

Since then, I have bought HP printers with two exceptions. In both cases, I was disappointed and returned to buying HP. Good printer but has a loud Pre print process.

Kind of drives me crazy. It clunks and beeps and makes all sorts of noise but once it starts printing its much better than the 4000 series that I had previously.
