Excellent product. Easy set-up. Easy ink cartridge install. I use bluetooth connection, but USB if you want. Has Fax, Scans, and prints on both sides of paper Two Apps to download (the HP app and a plug-in app) if you choose to use for cell phone. Also you have the option join their ink cartridge discount replacement plan (through the app.)

This printer has excellent print quality and HP offers a discount for online ink purchases. The setup was a little difficult, but the rep at HP was VERY professional and even gave me shortcuts and tips not offered by the online setup instructions. I would definitely buy this product again!!

There are pros and cons with the device. Printing is excellent although the ink cartridges need to come with more ink. Really surprised that I had to order black ink about a month after purchase. The device is another room of the house in order to hook up to phone line for fax. The fax has been hit and miss on sending/receiving. Scanning will not work from the device to my computer. I have to import using HP Smart app. Bottom line, when it works, it is great. When it does not, it is maddeningly frustrating.

Poor quality compared to old HP I replaced. Paper tray has 8 1/2 & 14 settings, but will not stay in 8 1/2. Cheap plastic. With 20# multipurpose paper it kept jamming & would not print both sides. Constantly put out extra blank sheets. Changed to Premium 24# and would finally print both sides, but still sometimes puts out extra blank sheet. Totally disappointed in this machine. Had to sign up for the free ink to finally get to set up. Don't waste your money.

Love it! Easy purchase and fast delivery. Prints on both sides effortlessly. Remote printing a breeze. 6 months of free ink a wonderful incentive. No need to run out and purchase ink or order ink on line. Your usage is monitored so when it's time, your ink is delivered to your mailbox. Totally satisfied with this model and purchase.

The printer was bulkier than I had imagined. It had so many sharp edges. The ink cartridge installation was difficult, it will be a challenge for many people. And worst of all, I had paper jams on my initial test print that kept happening over and over again! Also had challenges with WiFi printing...the printer kept going offline for no obvious reason. I had planned to return it but have not had the time to do that over the holidays. If I could, I would.

The HP is fast and quiet. It has had no paper jams!

Good quality printer, and didn't take long to set up, When printing it's a little noisy, but not loud enough to complain about. Overall, I like this printer, and highly recommend it to others in search of a good HP printer.
