Scanner needs work.

It prints rapidly with good quality. However the scan feature is not user friends and so far yields very blurry images. I need to work with the settings however I'd give the scanner a thumbs down at this point.

Good printer but has a loud Pre print process.

Kind of drives me crazy. It clunks and beeps and makes all sorts of noise but once it starts printing its much better than the 4000 series that I had previously.

Best printer I've owned.

I love the fact that I can copy, scan, print, and fax all in one. I also love that I can fax through my mobile phone through the app. I use instant ink with it which is a lifesaver! The quality of the printing is great and I love that I can also connect my printer wirelessly. Overall extremely happy with my printer. So happy I took the leap and bought it.

I like this printer

Getting wrappers of ink cartridges was a bit challenging. Really like the Smart app. Signed up the ink program 2 months free. Already notified ink on its way. Really looking forward to great improvements over my 9 year old HP 6600 printer that is being recycled because of unfixable failure. Parts no longer available.
