I use bluetooth connection, but USB if you want. Has Fax, Scans, and prints on both sides of paper Two Apps to download (the HP app and a plug-in app) if you choose to use for cell phone. Also you have the option join their ink cartridge discount replacement plan (through the app.)

It is a HP - OfficeJet Pro 8025e Wireless All-In-One Inkjet Printer. It was time to update the last ho printer that I have used for over 10 years. I am able to send things to the printer when I am away from the printer and it is there when I return to the printer.

It kept dropping the connection so naturally it was useless. This one however, answer to my prayers. No connection drop and it has a screen on the printer itself to make things self explanatory. It's just great.

It works completely fine - I have no complaints really beyond the size. I run a small business and print a lot of labels and designs for my clients. I havent had a single issue with the quality of print - and I do mostly full color sheets! Definitely would recommend this printer to anyone!

The only bad thing is that I lost the option of 6 months of free ink because the option is only available when the printer is connected to a computer wirelessly, which in micaso is impossible because it does not have that facility.

I have had HP printers most of my life and have typically liked them, the last one being an 8610. I would absolutely not buy the HP 8025e again. It wasn't too bad to get setup, except that you have to download and use the HP Smart App that doesn't work well at all. The printer takes forever to warm up and adjust itself. It takes forever to just print a simple WORD Doc sometimes. It also jams up when trying to print a PDF from a Web site like a Recipe for example. It will print the first page and then lock up. Then you have to cancel the print job. I have retried but it always locks up again. Labels have also been a real pain. Avery 11136 labels for Hanging File folders is so difficult to figure out the directional flow of the sheet of labels that you can waste a few sheets of labels before you figure it out. I use a plain piece of paper first now if it has been a while and I forgot. Then you have to mark the paper front, left, Right, Bottom, etc., and test print and it is still a little difficult. My opinion is the printer is horrible and would not recommend it.

I can wholly understand why poor performance with the HP Smart App as well as difficulty printing PDFs and labels would be a frustrating combination. I want to help you resolve these issues, so I’ll suggest some resources I hope will make that happen.
First, I recommend that you follow a guide on our support site to installing and using the HP Smart App, especially the FAQ portion, which covers common questions as well as difficulties users have encountered. Find that guide here:

I can’t tell from your review what’s causing the difficulty with PDFs and labels. For input on that – or if the HP Smart App trouble persists – I suggest that you contact us directly at +1 800-474-6836 so we can help you assess what’s happening and find the best course of action. - Serial number
- Your location

Good Printer, Install the HP App First

This is not a simple plug and play device. Once you have the HP app installed, set up and usability is easy.
