The printer under went a great deal of use after receiving. It unfortunately could not withhold the rewritten wifi parameters.

Easy to use and setup. Prints easily with good product.

I really like the ability to do just about any task from my phone, network connection has been pretty good. I can't get it to scan above 300dpi,I don't know if this Is a glitch, but is a big let down. So far only printed documents, but they look great

Bought this to replace aging all in one. Its used mainly for my daughter school work, scanning and printing assignments. So easy to use, fast, good quality. Little bigger than the last one but last one did not have a paper tray, its a great all in one We haven't done photos yet, but they should be great.

I love this printer! It does the job for someone who’s studying at home. Minus a star because it is noisy and the paper tray is a little flimsy, but I love the features that it has and the HP app you can download for your phone.

It was a little hard to get set up. But after setup it works great. We had issues with getting the instant ink set up and had to call hp for help. But they were very friendly and knowledgeable once you got to the correct person.

Purchased this in late 2021. We had to create accounts for each user which was a huge pain. We had to constantly delete and readd it to our printer settings for both Mac and Windows. 3 months ago we started getting a printer failed error message. Put off calling support because I knew that would be a huge waste of time. So bit the bullet today and spent over 1.5 hours on a support call only to find out that this is beyond repair ( at least over the phone ). The representative told me since it was out of warranty there was nothing he could do expect to recommend another HP printer. Ha, I dont think so!!! The fact that you had to create an account to use it and only to find out with little use its broken leaves to write this review so that this does not happen to others. I guess im off to buy another printer but I wont ever buy another HP ever again.

Bought this to replace an older HP that lost its print head. (Did you know you could buy two new printers for the cost of a print head?) So Best Buy had these for the same price as online, so I bought one. It works very well as a home printer. I had it set up in 15 minutes and it's been working fine since. Absolutely no issues.

Third or fourth HP OfficeJet Pro series printer for me. Similar set up and operation Only confusion occurs around which apps are current and which need to be deleted and replaced.

Purchased this for my Mother In Law and she loves it. She's 67 Years old and wanted a printer. My husband and I thought that it would be difficult for her to learn how to use it but she caught on really fast, the printer is quiet,fast and easy to use.

I didn't plan on buying this printer, but after I looked at the reviews on it I decided to buy it. It was the best decision I could make for my teenagers. It doesn't smear after printing pages and it prints quickly. It's worth the money I paid for it.

So far so good. We had another HP Printer before but it did not qualify for the Instant Ink. Printers this type make you waste a lot of money for the cartridge replacement. It is good that the printer works with the HP Smart app which after getting familiar with it, it's pretty easy to use.

Cannot give you a review at this time still learning the printer and seeing what it can do So far the printer is working great!

I really like wireless printing and the set-up with my Apple devices was quick and easy. Printing and scanning take longer than previous printer and scanner, but still a good value for the price.

Was very easy to set up. The print quality is pretty spot on, and great quality. Doesnt make any noises or loud sounds of such. The wireless print from phone to device works pretty fast as well. Al round great product.

We purchased this printer on sale for $99. It was easy to setup and connect. Within 2 weeks of using, I did get a printer head error. I was able to troubleshoot it easily as there were forums existing online on that specific error code.

We had an HP that we bought about 5 Black Fridays ago from Best Buy. It suddenly just stopped working and of course we needed a new one. We got this one and have no regrets. It prints fast, clean and very sharp. We are really happy we purchased this printer.
