Great Printer, It's very useful for my needs. It is very easy to use right out of the box. The design of the menus are laid out nicely making printing and copying a stress-free experience

Bought this printer in March and it has met our needs. We use the Ink service and we no longer have to worry about running out of ink. Prints are clear and this printer has met our expectations. We print from 4 different locations throughout our house. Nice product and it has more than met our expectations.

My older HP printer, 8600 model, was beginning to act up occasionally so I decided to replace it with this newer one. The new one is much lighter, does everything the old one did, but faster and better.So far I am very happy with it.

I usually buy HP printers and they've worked well for me. This model prints clearly and quickly. I haven't had any problems with it. It is not as sturdy as my previous printers. I like that it is made from recycled material.

After debating on brand, efficiency and cost we were pretty satisfied with the way this HP works for our specific needs. Easy to set up and convenient with Bluetooth and Wi-Fi making it able to print from anywhere in the house. High recommend.

My HP6830 served up a printhead error (second time) and I could not get it fixed. I've had this printer for about 5 years. Working from home during the COVID-19 pandemic, I needed to get my work done so I decided to purchase a new printer. I searched and researched printers for about two weeks and finally decided on the HP8025. Best Buy delivered as scheduled and within a short time of opening the box, I was printing. Set up was a breeze. It was easy to set up mobile printing as well from our phones. My daughter loves having that capability. I have yet to use the fax option but everything else works well. I plan to test the fax soon enough. Before ordering the printer, I was unsure of the color because I really loved the HP hues of grey. However, truthfully, it looks very nice! I have no complaints. I love my new printer and hope to have it for a few years! Transferring the new printer to my HP Instant ink membership was also easy. I was concerned about how it would work, but it was seamless...with two months of free pages based on my plan.

Pretty much plug-and-play. We purchased this for the in-laws. They were replacing another printer and we raved about the ease of use and the Instantink. We went over for Sunday dinner and had it up and running within 30 minutes.

Previously, I had HP Officejet and it lasted for 10 years. I am hoping that this one will do the same. I have always purchased HP products and I have no complaints. I tend to remain loyal to a product that has done what is advertised. The printing is awesome. Fast, no issues.

Prints crisp and clear documents. Lots of printing options. Can print from smartphone or PC. I had a little trouble understanding how to set it up, but that was because I am behind on technology, once I understood what was happening it was actually the easiest thing ever.

This printer has been great, I can print from anywhere in the house from the phone, ipad, laptop it has been just great. I have enrolled in the ink program, not certain how it will be, but my first replacements have already arrived, so I don't suspect I will ever run low on ink!

I've had nothing but problems with the paper tray. Every time I print just one page, it grabs multiple pages and then says the paper tray is open. I've looked for solutions to this problem, but there seems to be none at all. I was going to return to Best Buy, but now it not returnable and I've only had it for 3 mos. Awful Purchase!

A great printer and scanner built into a single unit. Print quality is very good as is the scanning. Separate ink cartridges for 3 colors and then also for black mean you don't have to waste a color because another one has run out

It seems cheaply made. pulling out the trays is a problem. The "on off" switch is very senative and doesn't work.

This HP (8025) Office Jet Pro printer, is a wonderful and easy to operate. The copies look just like the originals, can't tell if they're originals or copies. Nice work HP.

Not the best. Was a little difficult to set up and place ink cartridges. Has broken already with no reason. Will not buy again.

Paper drawer is sensitive and ink is expensive. Other than that the unit print and copies in black and white color as stated.

This HP Multi-function printer is perfect for the administrative tasks one may encounter. It is light weight, produces quality printed documents, scans efficiently, and copies well. Best Buy offered this printer at a great price. I love my new HP Officejet Pro 8025 Wireless All-in-One Instant Ink Ready Printer.

The printer was very easy to set up and use. I have used the product to print, copy, and scan- all with ease. I did easily locate the manual/user guide online and downloaded it to my computer. I decided to use the hp ink replacement by mail because it seems very reasonable and convenient.
