Good printer. Easy to set up and to use. I'd buy this product again. I had a minor problem as I was replacing an hold HP printer with this and there was no 411 on how to delete the old printer.

The set up was a bit time-consuming, but it was certainly worth it! The convenience of being able to print anything from the HP Smart app is a benefit. I also really like the HP smart printing subscription for the affordability of keeping up with printing costs.

Although the ppm is is only 20, it does really good for the small necessities I need to perform my work from home. The quality of the copies/scanned documents is very good. I would recommend this printer for home use.

This printer does not automatically duplex copy. To copy both sides of a sheet you choose the setting then manually flip it over on the scanning bed. Print quality is crisp but that let me down.

This prints beautiful. I have always loved Hp printers, but I tried an Epson on the advice of family. It was awful, I went back to this. HP. The only downfall is it’s almost impossible to find ink. Everywhere is sold out, not sure if that will be resolved over time

This printer has been a perfect addition to my home office. I wanted something simple and to be honest, this has more features than I was looking for, but now I can't imagine not having it. The ink replacement program is amazing. I'm VERY happy with this purchase.

This printer is great very simple and easy to use, the phone app is awsome I can print and scan from and to my phone. And it works with instant ink no more buying ink cartridges. I did the math and the 100 pages a month is 4.99 less than $60 a year is way cheaper than buying the cartridges.

Setup was very easy and the printer connected to my WiFi immediately. I can print from anywhere and from my phone, iPad or computer. My only fault that I found was that the ink from my old printer does not work with my new printer even though it appears that they are the same cartridge

I love my HP Printer! I was a die-hard Canon customer, but I purchased an HP All-in-One Computer then shortly thereafter my Canon printer died. So I decided to change over to HP for my printer also. I am so glad I did! It was so easy to set up and use.

Good print quality for a small printer. Adheres to higher quality paper without smudging. I especially like the ink delivery program.

I have a small business that has picked up while I'm working from home. We have an older model HP printer but I needed one located in my office. The price was right and this model meets my needs. Plus I'm using the HP instant program and saving money on printing costs. Easy to set up.

I was disappointed with the amount of online work needed to set this printer up. I had to finally get online help to setup the scanning.

This unit replaces a model 8610 which finally died. It is smaller than the 8600 series but maintains all the functionality. It works great wirelessly and is faster than older HO models I’ve used. So far no negative issues to report.

Very pleased - simple to set up - works well from my iPhone. I had connectivity problems with my previous printer (Canon). They seem to be resolved with the new printer. Also - Best Buy beat Amazon on pricing and delivered the printer within 48 hours

This Printer replaced one that was several years old and had quit working. The customer service that helped me recommended this one, stating that it was the one he would choose if he needed a new one. It was very simple to install and connect all of our items.

This printer Is being used by 33 guys in a fraternity house, it handles all of our needs, we use the printer to print essays, all the way to colorful memes and pictures of the brother. I personally use it to print 4 by 6 color photographs on photograph paper and it does all of this fantastically

This is good at printing paper and bad at everything else. You have to use their subpar app or website for a variety of basic functions. HP Instant Ink is the most ridiculous rip off ever. It's overpriced and if you cancel a subscription the ink cartridges stop working and you have to buy new ones. I will never buy another HP printer.

very good printer. so easy to set up. was a little worried because i read the reviews from amazon and it wasn't good, but took a chance and i'm glad i did.

Bought this at the start of the lock down since working from home and my first grader also doing remote learning. I use it to print docs, so it is an excellent product for my needs. The cartridges are easy to install... overall very happy with this purchase!

It performs almost all the tasks demanded of a home/small office printer. It's easy to setup and has a fairly small footprint which allows placement almost anywhere in the house. My only small caviat is that the touch screen is a bit overly sensitive, other than that it prints with very good quality.
