The printer was purchased based on the satisfaction of using another HP printer. The printer works as advertised. It was easy to set up.

The only reason I give it 4 stars is there is problem with the paper tray. It is flimsy and causes alignment issues while you reload or change paper. This could have been better. Rest works the way it should.

This printer is so easy to set up and get printing! I really like the touch screen feature and how its compatible with its own app! I have no problem printing in other rooms in my house as well- you don't need to be right next to the printer, which is GREAT!

It was super easy to set up. 4 stars is because it’s a little noisy and it doesn’t come with directions. All I’ve done so far is print from my computer and my phone and made a few copies.

Nice printer. I have been printing pictures and it does a pretty good job. Paper jams are easy to resolve when you have them. Love it does two sided and also does fax

This was the perfect printer for my Replacement printer that crashed after only having it for 1year. This big size touchscreen caught my attention and was very responsive with every single touch. Setup was a breeze and instructions were very detailed.

This printer is pretty basic, but it definitely does the job. We purchased it very quickly, since we run a home business, when our older and very reliable HP wide format printer finally kicked the bucket. This one was easy to get connected to our network and to each computer, tablet, phone (and we have a plethora of devices in our home from which we can use it)! The only thing I don't love is how you open the ink. You have to twist off a plastic thing that makes you feel like you're going to break the cartridge. Also, some of its parts don't feel all that sturdy, but time will tell. That aside, for our home office needs the printer has been great so far.

This printer is exactly what I was looking for to replace my HP 6700 Office Jet. I liked my 6700 very much but unfortunately time took it toll on it. The 8025 has been a great replacement. I can print fax and scan from home. Print quality is excellent. Great purchase.

I am not constantly printing, just need some papers here and there for school. It works great. I love that it scans as well. If you need to print large amounts, I’d say get something a little faster.

My old Canon died unexpectedly so we replaced it with this. I am impressed with the ease of set up and how fast it prints. There is nothing extra to do to copy several sheets. You just put them in the tray and copy! Overall a great purchase for us.

Very good multi purpose printer. scanning feature works well, enabling me to send documents by email. Has wifi features. Can print from anywhere in my apartment. Photo printing feature was much better than I thought, able to recreate portrait photos.

This a new and improved version of my old HP printer. Much faster waking up and printing. My only complaint is you can't change the default printing properties. Everytime I print I have to go into printer properties and change it to my personal properties that I set up.

Great three in one printer easy to use connects easily to the app. HP ink is a lifesaver when you sign up for the monthly ink.

Set up was easy and the quality of prints are good. I have not been able to get the printer to scan from the infeed tray though.

So far this printer meets my needs. It prints great and copy well too. I am about to print pictures and I hope it will print them as great as it does other information. It was easy to set up for wireless connection.

Acts kinda wonky - forgets network inconsistent scanning to email either through printer settings or HP app on computer.

This printer is a little more money than my last HP in the 6900 seties. This printer is faster and doesn't grab more than one sheet at a time. The print head on my old printer went out in a year. Hope this lasts.

Better than my old printer and got it fast. Was not in store, but sent via UPS to my house. Had the geek squad install it as they do all my PC & tv needs. They are the best.

I bought this after a good review on consumer reports. It has performed as expected. Easy set up and No connectivity problems. I like the no hassle ink program - although I will need more time to fully evaluate since I am still in the 6 month free part of the program. I have only two minor issues with the printer. At this price point, I would expect the ability to print and scan on both sides of a single page. And the look/design is very "utilitarian". Would be nice to have a bit more elegance rather than the old zerox white gray box look.

Always a learning curve when to try something new. So far this printer has done a decent job for me once support helped me set up. Can’t complain!
