Took about 5 minutes to setup with no issues. Printer works well and quality of printouts looks very good. Very solid printer for day to day home office use.

One of the best printers I have ever purchased. I love HP printers-this one does it all -with quality. Will never buy anything else from now on!

So far it is good. Only problem is the paper got jammed when faxing through the feeder.

This unit scans well, prints well, generally no complaints with performance. I have 2 complaints: 1) Ink cartridge size and price - I would like larger cartridges for the cost. 2) I have yet to figure out how to get it to scan directly to my computer - it keeps telling me I need to sign in as administrator in order to set this up, so I've been having to email everything to myself. Maybe it's me, but I don't consider this simple to use.

Very poor set-up instructions. Had to go to the internet to find out how to have the scanner feed documents.

I think this could be a great printer. The one we got had a bad print head. Returning and hope to buy the same

not as good as the one it replaced.paper tray does not come out automatically and paper falls on floor.takes up more space.

I tried to give this printer a chance but ever since I got it I’ve had many issues with it. I’ve had lots of PAPER JAMS, INK ISSUES, ALIGNMENT ISSUES & CONNECTION issues. This printer has been a headache and I called hp support and they were never able to help me even though I called as soon as I received it. My printer kept saying it was jammed and there was no paper or nothing jammed. I ended up cleaning it all out just to damage it and for it to not work again. It will tell you that you have the wrong ink even tho it’s straight from HP ink. DONT BUY!

Great purchase! Fast printing, quality pictures. Haven’t been able to figure out how to use the double sided scan and print function.

Absolutely love this printer. Have had it for almost two months. The quality is great, it works fast when printing and scanning, and I would recommend to anyone who needs an all in one printer for home.

I am NOT a printer person and I find them intimidating however, this printer was easy to connect and I had it working in less than 5 minutes. The ink assembly was simple and not messy at all.

I've been needing a printer for ages and this one has been fantastic so far. Not too big or heavy, easy set-up, and the scanner is a huge bonus

This printer is very good,(great). Prints clean very fast and quite. I don't know how to enlarge or make smaller documents or pictures. I will keep trying to learn. Any help would be helpful.

This product is nice looking and print well. It was a hassle to get it to work, set it up, and connect it. I almost took it back! I absolutely LOVE printers and this one I was annoyed with. But, after I got it to function.. it was cool. Something still didn't not do want it should, but it print and I got it on sale.

so far so good very happy with the printer it was easy to set up an easy to use now we will see if it lasts as long as my cannon did.

Easiest printer setup yet and print quality is beautiful. I really like the double-sided print option, too. Vivid colors and crisp black and white. Print time is fast. Excellent printer!

So far this printer is working great.I have tried to print from my phone, my computer and my iPad without a hitch. In other words I’m a happy camper.

This printer is easy to use and connected to my network with ease. So far it seems to be good on ink and it came with a decent initial supply. No complaints!

This a a very pretty printer that is easy to use and prints fast and copies look very good. It was not hard to install for someone that has some knowlege of a computers wirng.
