Got this Printer a month back. It is good so far for kids home printing activities. It is good compared to other cheaper printers.

After using my new printer for 4 weeks it died! The printer has a 'Close Paper Tray" alarm that wouldn't clear after getting HP Support on the phone, they decided to ship me a replacement printer ASAP. I now have had it four days with no issues yet! Best But shipped my original printer in a timely fashion to my home, and after paying for help from the Geek Guys I had to call in HP as they couldn't solve the original issue.

This printer is AWESOME! It prints smoothly and evenly. My first in depth printing job was my business cards. They came out so professional looking. I am very happy.

Have been very pleased with my purchase. The printing time is great and the product is very light and it is a great printer. No ragrets on my purchase!

Hooked right up a started printing. The paper tray is not covered well in the instructions, but I think I do it right, so far no jams.

Solid inkjet printer. I needed a printer in a hurry and found this one at Best Buy. Easy to setup and does not use a ton of ink.

I like the printer very much,it works great. everything about it is just what I need it to be I have been using HP products for years, but I believe this is the best HP printer yet.

It is priced reasonably, does all the functions of printing, copying, scanning, etc. with ease. Not sure about the ink usage yet.

I can’t say how much I love this printer. It is so easy to hookup and works from your phone or laptop wirelessly. Comes with all kinds of neat free worksheets

Have this unit for a few months now I've used it more than a handful of times to print things from cell phones and laptops works great easy to use and seems like it's built strong

Don’t like. Everything is backwards. No instructions at all. Trial and error.

Printer supper easy to setup And the instant ink is great value I’d recommend everyone to do the instant ink program, you’ll never have to worry again about the ink any more. It gets sent to your door steps before you even run out of ink. GRAT VALUE. The print speed on blk is good but cooler it takes twice as much to print so if you need a little faster print speed on both stepp Ip to the next one the 9000 series

This printer is well worth the price. Prints front and back. I print about 300 pages a month and the printer is doing a good job with that. Easy wireless set up too.

Works very well. I need to use it for a little longer to make any additional comments. Using the instaink program so I am excited to see the savings on purchasing ink!

It works exactly the way I expected it to, and more! I love it and really like that I can print things straight from my phone for work or to print off pictures too.

Easy set up. The fax is just what I needed and works great. Print quality is decent. Haven’t printed any photos yet.

Okay. The paper holder drawer seems a little flimsy. I am a little afraid of pushing it in and some plastic breaking off messing it up.

With our daughter now doing all of her school work from home we thought it was about time to get a printer. I did a lot of research and read a lot of reviews before making my decision to purchase this one. I am in no way someone that is good with technology and I was afraid that it would be hard to set up with the wi-fi and everything. I will admit it did take me about an hour from the time I took it out of the box until I printed the test page. The most trouble I had was with the app that I was required to download. Other than that it went fairly smooth. My biggest issue and why I didn't give it 5 stars is because I can't print certain things from my Chromebook, I have to do it from my Android phone. I have tried many different ways but for some unknown reason it just won't print. Also there has been a few times it canceled printing in the middle for no good reason. Other than those problems I would say it was worth the money.

The easiest setup I have ever experienced. I have had absolutely zero problems with it and the app makes it super easy for me to print from my phone. 10/10 recommend!

This is a decent home office printer. The setup is terrible in the regard that you cannot mix a wireless printer with a wired computer on the network. The printer also won't do duplex copying or scanning even though it does duplex printing--literally makes zero sense. Otherwise, it's pretty good and the HP Smart app is pretty handy for controlling the printer as long as you set it up to do so vs the individual programs.
