This printer does everything a home printer should do. Photo prints are clear and colorful, scanning is quick and easy and printed documents are clear.

I have used the printer for about a month, so far I am happy with it. I owned an HP printer prior to this one for about 10 years. Very happy with its performance.

This is a high quality printer and I haven't run into any issues with it. Figuring out how to get the ink in the printer was the hardest thing about it because the cartridges themselves require taking a piece of plastic off before you put them in the printer, but that's probably the same with all printers. You almost feel like youre about to brake the cartidge of ink because I had to pull off the plastic that was firmly in place before you put it in the printer. Otherwise very pleased I picked this printer.

excellent print quality. Scan speed is very good. I haven't had a chance to use the copy function. Set up could be easier but once completed it is easier to use the wi-fi connection than attaching a cable. The only real issue is letting stay in "sleep mode" for too long. Better to turn it off if you aren't going to be using it for at least an hour.

Well built piece of equipment. Easy to set up and use. The instruction booklet was a bit vague but I was able to figure it out regardless.

With our daughter now doing all of her school work from home we thought it was about time to get a printer. I did a lot of research and read a lot of reviews before making my decision to purchase this one. I am in no way someone that is good with technology and I was afraid that it would be hard to set up with the wi-fi and everything. I will admit it did take me about an hour from the time I took it out of the box until I printed the test page. The most trouble I had was with the app that I was required to download. Other than that it went fairly smooth. My biggest issue and why I didn't give it 5 stars is because I can't print certain things from my Chromebook, I have to do it from my Android phone. I have tried many different ways but for some unknown reason it just won't print. Also there has been a few times it canceled printing in the middle for no good reason. Other than those problems I would say it was worth the money.

VERY SLOW TP START UP AND THE COVER FREQUENTLY STICKS WHEN OPENING

I will never purchase another HP Printer. HP has screwed all its customers by adding a chip which causes the printer not to accept any type cartridge except HP, which is double to triple the price of many others. I understand they planned it this way as a gov't agency first said they could not prevent customers from using other cartridges so they "fixed" it adding a chip so HP still monopolizes the mkt. I wish I had known this before purchasing. Next time it will be a Brother over other brand. Shame on HP for its deceptive practices and for Best Buy not telling me this up front.

Nice and quiet. Set up was a breeze. Like that you can scan a bar code to set it up with your phone.

This is a great printer! It was so easy to set up, too! I would recommend to everyone. I even got 6 months free Instant Ink which saves a lot of money.

I updated printer when I changed from windows 7 to windows 10. I am newly working from home and needed something immediately.

Works well when it wants to. WiFi connection can be spotty. Setup process was easy.

Perfect printer! Set up is missing some easy steps but overall has great scanning capabilities, good ink quality, and can print from anywhere using phone app too.

Then printer does everything it advertises it to do. Compared to the older model, I haven't had any problems with it. Its able to read ink levels properly and it pages come out clean.

Okay. The paper holder drawer seems a little flimsy. I am a little afraid of pushing it in and some plastic breaking off messing it up.

I love my new HP printer, it printers great pictures, which is one of the reason I like it so. Very quite, compared to my old printer.

This was a gift for someone else. I assume it was satisfactory.
