The quality of prior HP printers determined my brand choice. The printer meets expectations and the ease of setup was outstanding. The print quality is excellent.

I recommend this printer to anyone,easy to setup with either your Mac, imac or chromebook or Microsoft computers. Nice pictures quality.

I love this printer . It does everything. I would highly recommend it! I get a shipment of new ink even before I run out. Great decision made!

excellent print quality. Scan speed is very good. I haven't had a chance to use the copy function. Set up could be easier but once completed it is easier to use the wi-fi connection than attaching a cable. The only real issue is letting stay in "sleep mode" for too long. Better to turn it off if you aren't going to be using it for at least an hour.

This was an exchange for the same style that had a hardware problem and was less than 30 days old. Got a replacement with no hassle. Easy to follow instructions for the installation.

my ONLY upset, is not having a strong internet signal in the house causes me to either have to continually reset to get the printer to work, or run pc to printer cord. After that...I love it and all the functions. I love their troubleshooter that seems to help make any of the issues I have had with connectivity role along pretty quickly. I attribute any of my issues to the connectivity in my home...so, I would still absolutely recommend this item if you have a good strong signal.

I had no problem installing my printer. Instructions were very detailed and easy to follow. The quality of printing is excellent. Easy to read display panel.

Not the best printer I have purchased but okay for 6 months. Then, it has a "non-standard" error code - B83F2142. I will say I do have the extended warranty by being a BestBuy member and they replaced the old one with a brand new one. That part was easy.

So far the printer and scanner are working exactly as expected. Setup was easy and quick.

I couldn't be happier! Aside from every day printing use, I copied some photos and they came out way beyond my expectations!

Purchased this printer to replace my Canon. Out of the box it was very easy to setup. The only knock I have with it is the paper tray is not easy to slide out and it's hard to push back in. Otherwise the printer works well. However, when it came time to buy ink (I opted out of the Instant Ink program), I came to find out that the yellow cartridge is not available! I checked with HP directly and all retailers that carry HP ink...none of them have it in stock. When I chatted with HP asking if it would be okay to use a 3rd party ink cartridge, they said no, it might ruin the printer. Doesn't matter, because I can't find a 3rd party yellow cartridge either. So now my printer is useless to print color images until HP replenishes it's stock (it's been over 10 days already). Beware...it's a good printer, but you may not be able to print!

Easy to install... Print quality good... Paper tray hard to insert...

This printer has been great thus far. It’s set up was simple and it does everything we need it to. Printers great and works flawlessly on the network side of things.

I got this printer a couple months ago because my old printer stopped recognizing my wifi. This one is awesome. Not only can I print wirelessly but it is quiet and fast.

Very easy set up. Easy to use. Especially like the touch screen and the double sided print. Love the unlimited ink option that comes with it.

Does everything it is supposed to do. Sometimes it sits making noises for a while, like 10 seconds before printing, but eventually it works. No problems.

Amazing printer for price. This is worth the upgrade from lower level printers. It prints quickly (20 ppm). Very satisfied and it looks great in my den.

Sure, this prinmter works OK, Its print quality is decent and fast, but to keep it connected wirelessly to a PC is SUCH A HASSLE. I can use my mobile no issue, but any PC in the house does not work half the time. I go through all installations, use the HP app, etc, and it still hardly connects. Skip this one!

This was an upgrade for me. I like the option of having both wireless and wired connections. Good printer, universal and easy use.
