my ONLY upset, is not having a strong internet signal in the house causes me to either have to continually reset to get the printer to work, or run pc to printer cord. After that...I love it and all the functions. I love their troubleshooter that seems to help make any of the issues I have had with connectivity role along pretty quickly. I attribute any of my issues to the connectivity in my home...so, I would still absolutely recommend this item if you have a good strong signal.

This printer has been great thus far. It’s set up was simple and it does everything we need it to. Printers great and works flawlessly on the network side of things.

All the functions that you need all in 1 printer. Works efficiently so far. I also like the fact that you can get ink as you need it, mailed to you.

I got this printer a couple months ago because my old printer stopped recognizing my wifi. This one is awesome. Not only can I print wirelessly but it is quiet and fast.

Quality is great. Copy is crisp and clear. Love the top copy feature of multiple pages and two sided copying. Print is crisp and clear . Prints fast. Well pleased

I enjoyed the printer a lot…. While it work. The software has glitches and is not reliable. The overall printing and scanning quality was good and I like the auto-shipping for the ink. The printer worked great for about three months and then the nightmare started with a message of “paper jammed” which completely disable the printer. After almost a month of back and forth and absolutely the worst customer service and no solutions from HP, I choose to dump it and will be buying a similar product… but most definitely NOT from HP

Very happy with this printer so far. Has all the features we were looking for and I’m easily able to print from my devices anywhere in the house. Looks good too

Print quality is very good, Love the ability to doble side my printing, I have not used all the features yet,

This was an exchange for the same style that had a hardware problem and was less than 30 days old. Got a replacement with no hassle. Easy to follow instructions for the installation.

Printer is SLOW to start up and slow to print, even though I always do so in DRAFT to save ink. Uses more ink than expected so I try to stick with only printing in BLACK. Paper tray VERY difficult to open/close. Had trouble setting up for wireless, so bought some cables and set up with wires instead.

The printer was easy to connect and the print quality is excellent. I also think I will like the automatic ink replacement plan.

The printer seems to work pretty well. I really have no complaints. Was easy to set up and easy to use.

Sure, this prinmter works OK, Its print quality is decent and fast, but to keep it connected wirelessly to a PC is SUCH A HASSLE. I can use my mobile no issue, but any PC in the house does not work half the time. I go through all installations, use the HP app, etc, and it still hardly connects. Skip this one!

Love this printer. It has a top feeder so no more lifting the lid and copying one paper at a time. Same for scanning. Great print and scan quality. Highly recommend

So far it has been an excellent printer. The only feature we wish it had is to reduce or enlarge anything printable.

This upgrade is a blessing for during my studies and running my businesses.

I have boned several printers over the years. This is the best and most convenient to use printer that I have ever owned. It is also very economical to operate.
