Uses more ink than expected so I try to stick with only printing in BLACK. Paper tray VERY difficult to open/close. Had trouble setting up for wireless, so bought some cables and set up with wires instead.

The software has glitches and is not reliable. The overall printing and scanning quality was good and I like the auto-shipping for the ink. The printer worked great for about three months and then the nightmare started with a message of “paper jammed” which completely disable the printer. After almost a month of back and forth and absolutely the worst customer service and no solutions from HP, I choose to dump it and will be buying a similar product… but most definitely NOT from HP

Seems impossible to do. I specifically told salesperson what I needed it for. I like the printer even though it seems impossible to do its intended purpose. Difficult to get the ink sent out to you as well.

It says it can be set up corded, but I can't find a spot to plug the line in. It also says you can fax, but I haven't figured that out yet either. You have to use the web site for everything though, as far as the set-up and some of the usage. I do like the auto ink refill set up. Now I don't have to scramble to purchase ink. It lets me know when it's needed and when it's coming.
