This printer works as well as a laser in a small platform. It connects easily to Wi-Fi even if you have “community Wi-Fi “ that requires the MAC address.

I had to replace a printer after 10 years. This brand is comparable to my previous printer. It was easy to setup and use.

Average at best. Scanned pictures are very low quality

This printer is nicely made and is perfect for my office work needs. I especially like the display screen. It makes beautiful copies and is quite fast.

While I'm far from a whiz with electronics the set-up was a lot easier than I was expecting. I am still having issues with scanning, but it will probably be something I missed. Overall it is well built and produces very good quality copies. I haven't used it enough yet to go above 4 stars, but it's looking good. I can at least say that I feel like I got a good deal and was suprised at the low price considering all it does.

Excellent printer for home use. My kids use it for school and can print wirelessly from their computers

Connected to wifi and was able to print without any issues. Print quality is fine. Need to test printing photographs.

Printer works very well. However, setup is unnecessarily difficult. Key information necessary to connect the wireless function is difficult to find. The eight digit code that must be entered when prompted is not easily located in the scant information that comes with the printer. It would be nice if HP noted where the code is located in the paper information that comes with the printer.

This printer was easy to install and it seems to be working well. I was able to transfer my Instant Ink account from the old printer to this one with no problem.

Easy to use. Has an app that works seamlessly. Even ordering ink is a breeze. Would recommend.

I will never purchase another HP Printer. HP has screwed all its customers by adding a chip which causes the printer not to accept any type cartridge except HP, which is double to triple the price of many others. I understand they planned it this way as a gov't agency first said they could not prevent customers from using other cartridges so they "fixed" it adding a chip so HP still monopolizes the mkt. I wish I had known this before purchasing. Next time it will be a Brother over other brand. Shame on HP for its deceptive practices and for Best Buy not telling me this up front.

printer don't have discharge shoot. the prints are falling on the floor.

Great printer. Quiet and fast. Setup took a bit of time but was successful. Have always used HP printers.

Great little printer. Good speed. Ink can get to be pricy. Love the scan and fax feature also.

Easy to setup. Hard to replace ink. Hard to remove orange tan on ink cartridge.
