The worst experience I have had with a printer. Ever. This printer was purchased for my aunt in Dec 2023 and has been unreliable with connection issues and the touch screen locking up. I spent hours with the tech support (who were great) in an attempt to troubleshoot the issue only to have the touch screen lock up numerous times forcing reboots and retries. I eventually gave up and have accepted this as a loss of hours and money. Just to give some background, I have been building IT systems and software for a living for almost 20 years.

So far so good! My other printer (HP) died and I read reviews on this one. Have had it about a month and it works well for a small business. Hope it lasts as long as my other HP.

The new printer was set up by a very knowledgeable and very kind member of the Geek Squad. All the features work well, and the directions are easy to follow.

Just got it set up last week, and eager to put it to use. It set up easily and provides everything I need.

Great overall all in one printer. Copies, prints, scans and faxes. Bought it for my dad and he loves it. Can easily print from my phone.

At first setup was challenging but once you download the app everything will easier to use. The printer is superb!

I love this printer. The reason I did not give it 5 stars is because it did not come with a user manual. I had to look it up online. It scans, copies prints, and faxes just like it's supposed to. The feature that I think is note worthy is the extra large paper tray. It can hold a lot of paper so you don't have to fill it up as often as some other printers.

I am a HUGE fan of HP printers and this one does not disappoint! Very quiet, paired quickly to my WiFi and prints nicely. This was definitely worth the purchase.

Printer works very well. However, setup is unnecessarily difficult. Key information necessary to connect the wireless function is difficult to find. The eight digit code that must be entered when prompted is not easily located in the scant information that comes with the printer. It would be nice if HP noted where the code is located in the paper information that comes with the printer.

Bought this printer mainly to use as a copier and to use as a wireless printer when I need to print something from my cellphone. I'm hoping to get many years of good use from it.
