Great printer, i like the quantity and the speed. They signed me up for ink and it doesn't run out.

I have not used this enough to make a proper review. So far it makes copies quickly and they are sharp and clear

Easy to set up. HP does it all. For a non tech person that was critical.

I bought this relatively early on in the pandemic to do light work from home and print stuff for online elementary school. It was nice for a while, but over the course of the two years that I have had it, it has kind of dwindled in quality. It takes a long time to power on fully if it's ever been shut down. About a year in, the color prints started streaking, and I was unable to resolve it after some serious efforts to address. The HP Smart app is not convenient to use; is slow; and often logged me out. Updates must be installed to the printer through the HP Smart Assistant App and there are many hoops to jump through for the settings on both the app and the printer. Overall, not a convenient machine for a full time working + full time homeschooling mom to have to fight on the weekly. I will tough it out until it's no longer functional, but I don't think I'll be getting another HP printer as of this time unless some serious quality control is done in the near future.

Already have one. Bought one for my daughter for her birthday and her online classes. She loves it. Also the Wireless printing from her cell phone.

Have always purchased HP products. Bought this printer because the next model up was out of stock. Does not have some of the features I had w/previous OJ6970, like USB slot, which I found very useful. Paper tray appears to be very thin plastic and can be difficult to open to refill paper.

Was great but now the document feeder is malfunctioning.

Great product. Have 5 of them for work and personal. Easy to set up and use. Ink stays for a while. Never any problems. Recommend highly

I would recommend this item. It’s. Fast and easy to use. Just take the time to read the instructions.

This HP was easy to set up and is working well. Hopefully it will stand the test of time but it is a terrifific multi use machine, especially for the price.

this printer is the best I've had so far. Prints front and back at an awesome speed. The only small issue is size but overall, it's a great product.

Seems to be working great! I bought a hp printer from somewhere else but it wasn’t very good but this one seems to be working great!

So far so good. Had to replace a Brother that we had for over 10 years. I'm a copier tech and impressed with the hp+ smart ink features. I just wish you could set up scan to email or folder stuff directly on the printer. Instead you have to use the app. Only 4 stars because some of the features aren't native to the printer but rather the app. And it's loud.

So far this has been an excellent replacement printer. No issues at all Easy to connect

Easy to set up and connect to WiFi. Makes nice clear copies. Has two sided printing which saves on paper.
