The worst experience I have had with a printer. Ever. This printer was purchased for my aunt in Dec 2023 and has been unreliable with connection issues and the touch screen locking up. I spent hours with the tech support (who were great) in an attempt to troubleshoot the issue only to have the touch screen lock up numerous times forcing reboots and retries. I eventually gave up and have accepted this as a loss of hours and money. Just to give some background, I have been building IT systems and software for a living for almost 20 years.

Great product. Have 5 of them for work and personal. Easy to set up and use. Ink stays for a while. Never any problems. Recommend highly

Seems to be working great! I bought a hp printer from somewhere else but it wasn’t very good but this one seems to be working great!

Already have one. Bought one for my daughter for her birthday and her online classes. She loves it. Also the Wireless printing from her cell phone.

Great look, feel, and functionality. Wireless functionalities help with space constraints.

It easy to work, very simple. I’ve bought plenty of printers before this one and they definitely don’t compare. Worth the money 10/10 for me.

this printer is the best I've had so far. Prints front and back at an awesome speed. The only small issue is size but overall, it's a great product.

This HP was easy to set up and is working well. Hopefully it will stand the test of time but it is a terrifific multi use machine, especially for the price.

The HP-OfficeJet Pro 8025 was easy to set up and use. It functions well. However, obtaining replacement ink cartridges is difficult.

It works like a charm, was a little challenging to set up, but we got a computer nerd to help us. Very impressed with this product.

Easy to set up and connect to WiFi. Makes nice clear copies. Has two sided printing which saves on paper.

Like most HP Home printers, add this to the list of ones that just suck. After < a month of ownership this is getting returned. Glitchy software and connectivity, finicky doc feeder, etc. I was purchasing HP on a corporate level for our 30 small remote offices, and they've been nothing but trouble for the reasons mentioned above. And they require an email address to work which causes additional issues in a corporate environment. And I shouldn't forget, their online tools and support are terrible also. I've been an HP fan for almost 3 decades, recently retiring an HP6P that was manufactured in 1997. But no longer...
