Good buy for the dollar was on sale I love how printers this is my fourth one will buy again

I was a little slow in setting everything up. But I used Hp help to get through it. I’m presently not totally happy withe a couple of the fax feature’s. You have to add a dash after the fax number if your going to send multiple pages. Access to this is a little difficult . The fax doesn’t save the fax number for future messages to the same number.

This was a replacement for an old combination printer/scanner/fax. Easy to install. No issues so far!

I purchased this to use for my home office. I would definitely recommend. It was very easy to set up and easy to connect to my wifi network.

Fantastic printer, excellent ink quality. Be sure to sign up for the ink mailing. Would buy same if I needed another. I highly recommend.

Overall this is a great home printer. When I initially set up the wireless setting, it could not locate my router. I’m not sure if it was because my router is upstairs and the printer is located downstairs. After I put my printer in-range with my router, the router was able to be connected. After the initial connection, I have had no further issues.

i like my 8710 better, its faster and ezy to used. scaning is not as good. but not bad

Excellent print quality of course but the real winner is how easy it was to setup for wireless printing. Even from my phone.

Needed a printer quickly because my previous one quit . This one was on sale and I am glad I bought it it works great and easily installed.

The product came in original printer box and was lil beat up. I was worried but printer was properly cushioned and working well.The installation took time. Main printing task was done but still facing hassles with scanning. Have nt tried fax yet and least of my concern. First load of ink arrived in the mail. Printing just fine and giving me number about how many pages I have already printed. Look is also nice.overall good functional experience.

Like most HP Home printers, add this to the list of ones that just suck. After < a month of ownership this is getting returned. Glitchy software and connectivity, finicky doc feeder, etc. I was purchasing HP on a corporate level for our 30 small remote offices, and they've been nothing but trouble for the reasons mentioned above. And they require an email address to work which causes additional issues in a corporate environment. And I shouldn't forget, their online tools and support are terrible also. I've been an HP fan for almost 3 decades, recently retiring an HP6P that was manufactured in 1997. But no longer...
