Unreliable Service

The first one lasted about 8 months before print-head error occurred. The replacement lasted about a month before the ink stopped going to print head. I replaced those to with the 9015e.

HP office Jet Pro 8020e

No matter what I did it couldn’t connect with my computer. Following all of the steps I continually received a message that I needed to complete the setup. It should not be that difficult to connect.
