Very Disappointed Customer

I have only had the printer for 1 year and a half and two days ago printer failure and printer system error. I have tried every single thing and the printer is no longer working. This is why hp gives free ink for 6 months and low subscriptions. I am the biggest hp fan I had another printer that lasted over 10 years these new ones are not it please go back to the old operating system please. $209 down the drain at least 6 more months of working would have made me feel as if I got good use out of it but it fell short. So disappointed.
