A good but not a great purchase

It is not aging as gracefully as it should. The paper is beginning to jam. The print quality is also starting to wane. (I only use HP ink) While HP will remain my go-to for printers I think my next one will be of a higher quality.

Very Disappointed Customer

I have only had the printer for 1 year and a half and two days ago printer failure and printer system error. I have tried every single thing and the printer is no longer working. This is why hp gives free ink for 6 months and low subscriptions. I am the biggest hp fan I had another printer that lasted over 10 years these new ones are not it please go back to the old operating system please. $209 down the drain at least 6 more months of working would have made me feel as if I got good use out of it but it fell short. So disappointed.
