This one though has been a bit disappointing. After one week, I was getting paper jam errors. I inspected every possible nook and cranny and found absolutely nothing jamming the printer. After extensive online research, I was ready to give up and send the garbage back. Lo and behold, I decided to check the ink cartridges and clean them and their slots. Well, it started working again after my week of troubleshooting, but now I get an occasional error of a damaged ink cartridge. This is unacceptable and I will purchase a different brand printer in the future.

The print quality is ok, however quite inferior to my laser printer. This one does have good features like scan and fax, have used scan and after learning it works fine. I have to say I am quite a bit concerned about the cost and availability of Ink cartridges.
