Tried to return it but, time restrictions were beyond the limit. Out of frustration we purchased this new HP8025e. Glad we did. Recommended by two sales Reps, based on our stated requirements. No jamming and don't want to pay for overpriced Ink. This printer gets an A+

Haven't needed to use fax yet, but printing, copying, and scanning all work well. For a stack of 2-sided documents I put through the feeder, then select "add page" option, flip the stack and feed through again. I don't usually have more than 10-12 pages so it's not a big deal. I correct the page order in thumbnail view on computer. Very satisfied with how it works.

I love their instant ink program. However, I actually prefer my old printer to this one because scanning with this one requires more steps. It still works fine, though.
