My Geek Squad Membership is worthless...

I made an appointment with Best Buy Geek Squad to buy this new printer at your MYR store, and bring my laptop in to hook it up manually to a new printer to find a problem. when I went to the Geek Squad--they said they were not allowed to do that. I still have no working printer.,.

Good copy and print, not a good scanner

Easy wi-Fi set up. However, setting up the scanner took numerous tries. Even now the scan will run but then says “we had a problem please try again”. Frustrating. Usually it will work the second time. Still troubleshooting the issue.

Not bad, but really don’t like design of reload tray, just klunky. Not my favorite HP printer, print quality is good and over think 3 stars is about rightfor this one.

OK home use printer

It works OK. It seems as if the ink does not last as long as my last printer. Also, I have issues scanning from the printer to my computer, although I can open up the scan function and scan what is in the printer. So far it is a serviceable low-cost printer.

But he was very knowledgeable and very courteous to us. I appreciate that he did not try to sell us the most expensive printer but chose one that would fit our needs. Bad ink cartridges

Unlike my current HP, all the ink cartridges have to be in (my old one works on black alone). Many of the 910 ink cartridges for this model have been recalled, and I did not want to make numerous trips to the store until I got one that worked.
