I was able to easily follow instructions for a quick setup, took a little longer for wireless connections setup. Mostly because I am not as familiar with the technology terms and needed to lookup definitions to ensure proper connections.

Not bad, but really don’t like design of reload tray, just klunky. Not my favorite HP printer, print quality is good and over think 3 stars is about rightfor this one.

No problem, here is customer service, a few clicks, hand over control so Steve can assist, hr points out a setting that is off in the system and says he will not help without a $200 dollar one time service fee. You have to be joking, i did not pay That for the printer. going to try and return, but ink cartridges are installed as that had to happen before the drivers were installed HP computer, also replacing an HP printer, thanks for the customer loyalty, learned my lesson
