Challenging ink cartridge.

The problem is getting the orange stoppers off the ink cartridges. I have arthritis in my hands and I couldn't manage it. Luckily I had a Geek Squad member set up the printer and he did it for me but I'm not sure what I'll do when I need a new cartridge.

So-So for an all-in-one

Can only scan one page at a time by laying on the glass. Will not scan to pdf—only as a photo. Print quality is fine and can copy multiple pages by running through the feeder.
