I am very pleased with the purchase. There isn't much of a manual, you have to download most of the printer firmware. It was, however, not much of a problem. No disc came with it. The only thing that bugs me is why they put minimal volume ink cartridges in with it. I realize they all do it & it seems to be really cheap to me. I do not, however, hold it against this machine, as they all do it.

Not as fast as my previous printer. Cannot use the feeder to scan. Can only scan one page at a time by laying on the glass. Will not scan to pdf—only as a photo. Print quality is fine and can copy multiple pages by running through the feeder.

The printer works fine. The problem is getting the orange stoppers off the ink cartridges. I have arthritis in my hands and I couldn't manage it. Luckily I had a Geek Squad member set up the printer and he did it for me but I'm not sure what I'll do when I need a new cartridge.

It is a beautiful printer! Works very well and pretty easy set up! Believe me I needed EASY!

This new printer by hp is a gem. The ease and how it has wireless makes it awesome.

never got it to work--possibly because of a problem with my laptop. I made an appointment with Best Buy Geek Squad to buy this new printer at your MYR store, and bring my laptop in to hook it up manually to a new printer to find a problem. when I went to the Geek Squad--they said they were not allowed to do that. I still have no working printer.,.

The product makes random noises for no reason. I don’t try to print but I hear it doing something. It does not stay connected to the internet and needs to be reset

I returned this item because it kept giving me a bad ink cartridge message for the original ink cartridge install. Unlike my current HP, all the ink cartridges have to be in (my old one works on black alone). Many of the 910 ink cartridges for this model have been recalled, and I did not want to make numerous trips to the store until I got one that worked.

Does a good job printing and scanning. Not sure how long this printer will last. Feels like it's not as well made as some of the other HP printers we've had in the past.

The printer does a great job. It is very easy to use.

We've had this printer for about two months and printed maybe 25 pages with it. Printed a shipping label tonight and have been stuck in an endless loop of "paper jam" when there is NO PAPER JAM for HOURS. We have cleared everything there is to clear, removed and checked the tray multiple times, changed the paper, did a partial reset. NOTHING works. Would return if I could but it's outside the return period now. Would NOT recommend this printer or any other HP product.

So far this printer has done everything I wanted it to. Easy to use.
