Not the most user friendly!

Unfortunately I've had to call customer service multiple times because for whatever reason, it was not connecting to my Wi Fi and I had to continuously set it up multiple times. I HATE the fact that there are no manual books like the old days. It was a pain to pull up information on line to find out how to fix your problem, hence I had to call Customer Service. The Canon Representatives were quite helpful but I should not have to call on an issue when I have only had the product less than 1 year. I still don't know how to use some of the other functions. That is why I give it 3 stars.
