Very simple to use but software isn't perfect.

Once we were able to set it up, changing it to be configured for another wifi after we moved was a little more difficult. Overall its a great product, just wish the screen were a little larger!

Printer Will Not Connect

Thereafter, I could not connect the printer to my computer MacBook Air os Monterey 12.6 (although I had been assured by a Burlington Apple store employee that connection would be no problem.) IT specialists at both Best Buy and the Apple store could not resolve the issue. I returned the printer and will not buy another.

Good quality printer

A a bit disappointed that the black ink that came with the printer only lasted for about 20 one or two page print jobs. It’s been less than 1 month since purchase and I have had to replace the cartridge.

At Last!

I'd hesitated to get an HP - simply because I'm an Apple person and my husband had an HP that wasn't worth the energy to throw it away. (To be honest, it was an old one.) After having a difficult time getting a decent product from my old printer, I sprung for this one and I'm SO glad I did!!!
