So far, we love our HP printers. Our favorite part is the app that they have and you can control all your printers in one app. You can check the ink levels too.

Easy set up on laptop and phone. Even on my echo dot. Easy registration for mail ink. Got my first replacement a wk after i got this printer.

Inconsistent printing

Inconsistent printing. I have to reset, turn on and off etc just to get a few pages to print. When it does work the printing is nice and clean hence the 2 stars. However I do not recommend because it is frustrating not being able to print consistently. Once day I’m able to print quickly, the next day I have to troubleshoot. Customer service is not an option as the wait time is ridiculous.
