Problem with purchase

It took three weeks to get instant ink loaded and working. I only got three months of instant ink, but my purchase was for six months of instant ink.

WIFI issues

Also I have PC and m1 MacBook pro. The printer works flawlessly with the mac . With the PC it requires you to download my HP software which I did but for some reason this printer can't stay online for too long. I ended up restoring it to factory setting but I am stilll facing the same issue .

Very good printer

I have not been able to get the scanner to my computer because the HP Smart program keeps coming up with an error. Haven't contact support as of yet.

Had 4630 prior that stopped scanning and copying. Still getting used to new all-in-one, but all going great with it for my needs. Thank you!

The ink cartridges it requires run out really fast though. Says it’s good for 300 prints and I only get about 50 before having to replace.

Don’t buy it

So when it finally broke after 10+ years of usage I decided to buy another Hp printer. I am so disappointed with this printer from day 1. Set up was a struggle, the Hp app is useless and the wireless connection sucks. Waste of money !!
