The Best Buy tech that came and installed and set up the printer was excellent. However, The HP promotion for Ink was overstated by HP. This issue is not Best Buys problem. I am just letting you know in case you hear more about it.

Problem with purchase

It took three weeks to get instant ink loaded and working. I only got three months of instant ink, but my purchase was for six months of instant ink.

More features than my older model HP Office Pro that wore out after about five years of use. The people at Best Buy were very helpful with this purchase. It can be a little tricky to get the scanner to work at first. You need specific software downloaded to your computer. The printer guides you to it,

However I am disappointed that it cannot do OCR. I spent days with HP to find out how to get the printer to do OCR to no avail. I have to use third party to convert pdf to editable text.

A little louder and slower than the last HP printer we had. It does the job. No complaints. Don't use it too much, but sometimes we have to print something and this one is fine.

WIFI issues

Also I have PC and m1 MacBook pro. The printer works flawlessly with the mac . With the PC it requires you to download my HP software which I did but for some reason this printer can't stay online for too long. I ended up restoring it to factory setting but I am stilll facing the same issue .

The ink cartridges it requires run out really fast though. Says it’s good for 300 prints and I only get about 50 before having to replace.
