Old printer died. This model, I thought, was a good value. However I am disappointed that it cannot do OCR. I spent days with HP to find out how to get the printer to do OCR to no avail. I have to use third party to convert pdf to editable text.

The printer is working great. More features than my older model HP Office Pro that wore out after about five years of use. The people at Best Buy were very helpful with this purchase. It can be a little tricky to get the scanner to work at first. You need specific software downloaded to your computer. The printer guides you to it,

I always trust Best Buy. However, your site does not recognize that I ever purchased from you. I have made at least 4 office products from Best Buy. So, I am cheated out of prior points and discounts. Very disappointing. I will think a second time before purchasing from you again.

This printer is the biggest piece of junk I've every purchased. And that's saying a lot for home printers. There is always something wrong with it...printhead issues, staying connecting to the wireless, syncing with my HP account. You name it, something is always wrong and preventing printing.

So far has been a solid printer, have not had any real issues with it other than print speed. Rated for 20ppm it may hit that if you have 2 words on the page but for what we normally print it runs around 10ppm.

Good product...Simple operation, awesome wi-fi operations.

It works well, but it is very loud and sounds a bit clunky when it's printing, but the printing is of good quality.

This printer is awesome if you print a small amount of paper . It scans amazingly and the HP app makes everything that much better. If you are looking for an office printer who can fax and scanned large documents quickly I won’t recommend this product but for everything else it’s amazing.

Good printer. Always rely on HP. But like any other device don't depend on unpack and play. Took a bit before printer and laptop communicating. And all the extra HP stuff is annoying and have ro go back and delete to slim down memory. The machine works well.

Just an absolutely terrible printer - got it to print once and then after that there were constant error messages on multiple devices saying it was offline, couldn't connect, etc. Such a shame, I had always used and loved HP printers. Happy that Best Buy took this back so I could switch over to the Epson EcoTank which has been perfect so far!

This is the best HP-Office Jet Pro 8025 I ever purchased. The 910 ink cartridges came with the printer packaged in the box. This printer also can use #916 cartridges, but you must order them from Best Buy. Just a fantastic Printer, and very unique! Thanks Much!
