    I will start saying that is a good printer when its come to print quality. But it doesn’t print fast and the ink goes fast and my particular issue is not working with my iMac safari webpage.

    So, far I am enjoying my new printer 8025e. Had 4630 prior that stopped scanning and copying. Still getting used to new all-in-one, but all going great with it for my needs. Thank you!

    The printer is very good. I have not been able to get the scanner to my computer because the HP Smart program keeps coming up with an error. Haven't contact support as of yet.

    I am very tech. challenged and didn't know what printer to get and was worried about setting it up. with the help of one of the associates I decided on this one. It took a while to set it up, but that was probably more my problem than the printers. It would help if they included instructions with the computer.

    *Product based review* Purchasing the printer was quick and easy but the HP printer constantly stops printing whether wirelessly or USB connected. I would constantly lose connectivity to scan or print and have to completely remove the printer and add it again. Sometimes that wouldn't work. I have purchased HP printers in the past and this is the first time I have had such a big issue with it.

    Great print quality but the process of setting it up to scan from the printer to the PC was very difficult. You shouldn't have to setup an online account just to scan.

    This is a nice quiet printer. Worth the HP ink subscriptions. My complaint is it does keep dropping the wifi and have to constantly reinstall it on the computer.
