needed a wireless computer for my laptop. Laptop and printer are both HP. what I find is the laptop and printer were not sky high in price the price of the toner for the printer is . for the toner price I took one star away

Just an absolutely terrible printer - got it to print once and then after that there were constant error messages on multiple devices saying it was offline, couldn't connect, etc. Such a shame, I had always used and loved HP printers. Happy that Best Buy took this back so I could switch over to the Epson EcoTank which has been perfect so far!

It’s ok. Lightweight and Flimsy plastic compared to prior HP Injet’s I have owned. It was a Total pain to set up compared to my prior hp printers. Somebody thought they were making it better by having to download an app onto a phone (why). Frustrating at best, but it seems to be working ok without having the app on my phone. Paper tray is rIdiculous, more flimsy plastic makes it more complicated than it should be. If it’s not broke, don’t fix it comes to mind.

Not too bad. Just takes a while to receive AirPrint connection and actually print. Works well but this is not for those who want something to print at the touch of the button. Few minute delay.

I like this printer. It’s just takes long time to print a document. When I send the job to the printer from my computer or phone, it makes so much noise as if it’s trying to figure out what to do before starting to print!!

Overall the printing quality is good; better than my previous HP. However, the paper tray is weaker and seems cheaper than previous ones. I'm expecting this to fail within the first year or so.

This is a pretty standard feature all in one device from hp. It can do the copying the printing and the scanning no problem. No fax so if you need that you'll need a better model. The HP ink program is very economical if you don't print a lot as well

The printer was easy to start. Download was easy.

This has been a good printer for the price so far.

It was an upgrade from our old canon printer. Works well. Just how I like it. Only 1 con for me, I wish the scanner feeder can take more than just page at a time when scanning

Don't buy this printer. The ink goes out quickly. Also, best buy doesn't sell ink for this printer. You can buy only black ink in bestbuy. Also, the ink for this printer is expensive. I will suggest to take the printer hp wich compatible with ink called hp 64. In addition the scanner is scanning bad and the lid which you need to take out when you print, that papers don't fall on the floor is bas quality. If you will in store just try yourself to takeout the lid.

Thank you so very much for being opened Saturday. This stupid virus shakedown did finally get to you Sunday but we were fortunate enough to get this done Saturday. Your staff was great. Printer working but having trouble enrolling it with ink replenish program. No big deal we can buy ink in the store .

We had to call HP to get the Printer set up to work. The Printer works well with our HP Computer. HP has a Great Skilled Support Team. People who will spend the needed time working with you to solve any issue.

This printer has been my life saver overall. I am a teacher and a student with six children that consistently need to print out reports and research papers. Printing setup and faxing is definitely on point.

I purchased a microwave via online for a property owner client of mine and while the product works fine, the store gave me a stainless steel one instead of a white one that would have matched the Client's existing appliance set. I dropped the sealed box at the property and arranged for Handyman to install, but did not know it was a SS model until I showed up later to pay the Handyman. Lesson learned, confirm what's inside the box before leaving store,

Easy set up the remote Wi-Fi works perfectly I did not need a USB cord to attach/set up with my new a computer because of the Wi-Fi capability I wish it was smaller, compact but once again all the features are awesome

This HP smart app it’s not letting me set up my printer, I just won’t find it no matter if I try in different ways

The printer serves me well since I use it for personal business. It is a little slow printing from my cell phone. It does the job I want it for.

Had to replace a printer I bought years ago, that was in a similar price range. This will get you by, unless you throw it out a window. I cant scan from the printer, I have to open a program on my computer and scan from there. The ink does not seem to last very long. Inserting more paper is annoying. Doesn't save any desk space, despite the new design. Total downgrade from my previous HP. Only reason I'm giving it 2 stars is because it prints.

Haven't had chance to use all the programs it can do. So far the color is very good, crisp clean and readable. It has been excellent so far but I will review it again when I see how good it does photo's on photo paper.
