The mfr could not get it to work.

Hp tech support spent over 6 hours among numerous tekkies and could not get it to operate properly, despite being the only ones, me included, too set it up. I ended up throwing it into a dumpster when only a few months old.

When I got it, was totally awesome. I took one semester off school and it went down the toilet when I tried to use it again. For reasons that apparently only HP knows, this printer can no longer support printing text. Sure I can update it; but since I have a Mac, I can’t (according to the site) update or reload the drivers, and it’ll print me everything under the sun except words. Days out of one year of ownership and it’s unusable : )

With the pandemic causing many people to work from home, we were no different. It was time for a new printer and we are happy with our purchase so far. It does seem to go through ink quickly but not excessively so.

Good output. Missing feature to scan to computer from LCD panel. You have to use computer app. Also wish it had duplex scanner for the price paid.

I basically like this printer but it does have a mind of its own. I turn it off and a couple of hours later it's back on again. I'm hoping it doesn't use a lot of ink.

No problems so far, although, I've only lightly used the printer. After reading the reviews, I wouldn't enroll in the instant ink program since HP will limit what you can print.

HP honored their warrantee for a printer that failed with an ink connection that would no longer print color blue for no apparent reason... every test to fix failed... so they gave me a new printer that is working as expected...

Replaced a 3 yr old identical model that would no longer print cyan. The replacement unit prints well but has more trouble staying on line in our network

great product from hp. once you load the app to your device its much more easy to use then other models. i was able to load the driver and use print and scan options within minutes! i must say it is a bit on the pricey side but it is handy. as always where they get you is with the ink! lol...

    Some issues

The setup was more complicated than necessary. For some reason, HP pushed hard to have this printer on a wireless network (almost to the point of not being able to use it all together). Once I was able to get the printer working (connection wise), I had a huge problem with paper jams. It took an hour of printing test pages and calibrations before it stopped jamming up. I would recommend the printer but would warn people to be wary.

Really like to product for the price it was. Easy hook up and blue tooth Love the fact that it has the ink shipped to you when your printer is getting low Wish the ink was a little better quality

This printer was never connected to the computer. It did not print black ink and the Geek Squad agent recommend that I return it to the store for that reason. I now have another printer and am waiting to get it connected to the computer.

Great product for the price, recently had start working from home and I had old printer. I went to BB and spoke with a consultant and was sold. I use all features on the HP. I definitely recommend for a home office.

Good printer. The set up was very difficult and this was not our first printer. Needed to call hp for assistance to get the fax working. It is still sporadic. Never had this in the past but the hp tech support is aces.

It's a great All In One in theory. I had to return it. I tried my best to make it cooperate with my computer, but it had a mind of it's own. It's ok for copies, etc. But for the money I paid I wanted it to work like it should have. It's loud and I had a lot of paper jams from the top feeder. The only colored ink I used was for 2 test pages and then the blue ink was marked low. It's not the easiest printer to make work.

This printer is ok one problem with it though it seems to keep doing maintenance so often and also it seems hp stopped supporting this printer so it’s hard to find ink for this

I had a previous Hp printer for many years that was worked very well. So when it finally broke after 10+ years of usage I decided to buy another Hp printer. I am so disappointed with this printer from day 1. Set up was a struggle, the Hp app is useless and the wireless connection sucks. Waste of money !!
