It takes a minute to get connected and running smoothly if you are not techy like me, but once it's installed properly, it has worked great.

With the pandemic causing many people to work from home, we were no different. It was time for a new printer and we are happy with our purchase so far. It does seem to go through ink quickly but not excessively so.

Really like to product for the price it was. Easy hook up and blue tooth Love the fact that it has the ink shipped to you when your printer is getting low Wish the ink was a little better quality

This printer is ok one problem with it though it seems to keep doing maintenance so often and also it seems hp stopped supporting this printer so it’s hard to find ink for this

great product from hp. once you load the app to your device its much more easy to use then other models. i was able to load the driver and use print and scan options within minutes! i must say it is a bit on the pricey side but it is handy. as always where they get you is with the ink! lol...

HP honored their warrantee for a printer that failed with an ink connection that would no longer print color blue for no apparent reason... every test to fix failed... so they gave me a new printer that is working as expected...

We needed to upgrade our old printer and this one did the job. The double-sided printing is a major plus. Do sometimes have a challenge when printing via our mobile phones, but other than that, works like a charm.

Always have been happy with HP products so replaced my older HP printer with a newer model. It has all the features I need at a great price. Installation by Geek Squad Agent, Benjamin, was done with his usual expertise!

This replaced a sturdier and more reliable model with larger ink cartridge capacity. Move the new printer ever so slightly and watch the electric cord disconnect. So sad that HP has reduced the quality of their printers. HP products used to be reliable and sturdy, and now I wish I had purchased another brand.

Great product for the price, recently had start working from home and I had old printer. I went to BB and spoke with a consultant and was sold. I use all features on the HP. I definitely recommend for a home office.

The setup was more complicated than necessary. For some reason, HP pushed hard to have this printer on a wireless network (almost to the point of not being able to use it all together). Once I was able to get the printer working (connection wise), I had a huge problem with paper jams. It took an hour of printing test pages and calibrations before it stopped jamming up. I would recommend the printer but would warn people to be wary.

Prints nice color. Like that can also send jobs from my cell phone. Only thing is the scanner doesn't work if you use the tray (and not the bed).

Works well. A little confused when initially set up. First one that I bought the Wi-Fi didn’t work so I had to send it back for another one. Second one works great.

I like my printer. Not the one I wanted but it was the only one in stock due to the pandemic. The main draw back is it takes to many cartridges. Very expensive to keep ink in the printer.

T’he scanning option does not handle multiple pages well and needs to be feed single pages. The copy and printing are good and I use them daily.

Good printer. The set up was very difficult and this was not our first printer. Needed to call hp for assistance to get the fax working. It is still sporadic. Never had this in the past but the hp tech support is aces.

it's fine. works like it should. not giving it 5 stars because it's not INCREDIBLE or anything. just does its job and works like it should :)

I have always bought HP All In One Printers & they work well, but only for a few years. I think they should be built more solidly.

Quite slow with printing pictures, other than that 2 thumbs up. i was told it was slow, but they should say very slow with pictures.

The self-healing Wi-Fi is very nice as our sometimes goes down for brief time the quality of the black and white text is great the color text not so good
