Prints nice color. Like that can also send jobs from my cell phone. Only thing is the scanner doesn't work if you use the tray (and not the bed).

I like my printer. Not the one I wanted but it was the only one in stock due to the pandemic. The main draw back is it takes to many cartridges. Very expensive to keep ink in the printer.

I’ve had this printer for a while now and it has been awesome. Purchased the HP ink program and I am never without ink. Always get the warranty.

Didn’t know you would have to buy HIGH PRICED HP INK just to replace instead of using some type of generic brand, so payed for hp ink twice and went and bought an Epson printer.

We were disappointed that HP does not include an installation manual or CD. The enclosed diagram was "so-so". Best Buy employees are knowledgeable and helpful.

This printer is the biggest piece of junk I've every purchased. And that's saying a lot for home printers. There is always something wrong with it...printhead issues, staying connecting to the wireless, syncing with my HP account. You name it, something is always wrong and preventing printing.

it's fine. works like it should. not giving it 5 stars because it's not INCREDIBLE or anything. just does its job and works like it should :)

I wanted a wireless printer and decided on this one. It has been great! I had a little trouble initially getting it hooked up to wifi for some reason, but just kept trying a couple different things and everything finally started talking to each other! Highly recommend!

Very difficult to install to computer - had to have Geek Squad come out and finish Also, for price - the paper holder seems flimsy

It takes a minute to get connected and running smoothly if you are not techy like me, but once it's installed properly, it has worked great.

Always have been happy with HP products so replaced my older HP printer with a newer model. It has all the features I need at a great price. Installation by Geek Squad Agent, Benjamin, was done with his usual expertise!

We needed to upgrade our old printer and this one did the job. The double-sided printing is a major plus. Do sometimes have a challenge when printing via our mobile phones, but other than that, works like a charm.

Works well. A little confused when initially set up. First one that I bought the Wi-Fi didn’t work so I had to send it back for another one. Second one works great.

Functional and reliable. I need a good scanner and this does admirably in that category. The instant ink program is fine but it is not flexible if you already have store bought cartridges

Bought because our old printer died. Spent a little bit more on this one. So far so good. My wife and daughter like it and use it often. As with any printer the ink levels are very low and you will have to buy ink when you get the printer. The scanner is also very nice for making copies

Needed a printer for my wife’s Chrome Laptop. After careful research we decided to give the HP Office Jet Pro a try. It works wonderful, the wireless WiFi was easy to connect. I would definitely recommend this printer. The price was reasonable.

I purchased this printer after my HP4630 died. I loved my prior printer and was skeptical on the new one. It has surpassed my expectations. It prints quickly and the color is great. it also has an added feature that allows me to email directly from the printer, which I love.

Total JUNK and NO HP support. Stops printing and you have to uninstall and reinstall to get it working. Good luck scanning something. When you finally get it to scan your document, the printer stops working AGAIN. Get to uninstall and reinstall AGAIN. You must need to have a dedicated support person if you want to use this printer.

overall pretty good ... wasn't as easy as they said to set up, but tech support walked me thru all if it quickly. housing is a bit flimsy but overall hp is mostly a winner.
