this printer works well. the only issue is that to install it I had to ask the geek squad for an appoitment. what happened to Plug and Play. I think it is HP wanting to put the buyer on a Ink plan

We were disappointed that HP does not include an installation manual or CD. The enclosed diagram was "so-so". Best Buy employees are knowledgeable and helpful.

Needed a printer for my wife’s Chrome Laptop. After careful research we decided to give the HP Office Jet Pro a try. It works wonderful, the wireless WiFi was easy to connect. I would definitely recommend this printer. The price was reasonable.

I wanted a wireless printer and decided on this one. It has been great! I had a little trouble initially getting it hooked up to wifi for some reason, but just kept trying a couple different things and everything finally started talking to each other! Highly recommend!

We had an HP home office printer for five years and it quit working. We love our HP so we bought the HP- OfficeJet Pro 8025e. Very happy with our printer. This was a great replacement. Plus the bonus of free ink for 6 months.

Printer was just installed last week so haven't used it a lot yet. My first take it's a little slower than my old hp printer however it just for personal use.

Functional and reliable. I need a good scanner and this does admirably in that category. The instant ink program is fine but it is not flexible if you already have store bought cartridges

I love the printer it works great it comes for six months ink HP Inc that's I would recommend this product very much to anyone who wants a printer you have to call them up but they will help you through it

overall pretty good ... wasn't as easy as they said to set up, but tech support walked me thru all if it quickly. housing is a bit flimsy but overall hp is mostly a winner.

Printer is a little loud while printing, difficulty connecting with either Wi Fi and USB. When printer is idle, it has to be woke up before printing or scanning.

I returned this printer. Terrible setup process. Didnt work correctly. Wasted hours on the phone with HP tech support who couldnt help. And, the ink by mail gimmick is such a ripoff. I eventually returned this unit and bought a Brother printer. So easy to setup and use. No issues with the Brother printer since setup 4 weeks ago. Have had HP printers for decades but will no longer buy them.

This has been a terrible printer from the beginning. I have had several HP printers over the years and have never had these problems. Paper drawer messes up, scanning won't work and now it won't print even though the ink is good. Oh - it will print a test though. Extremely frustrating!

Got for someone else as a gift and they can not stop telling me how impressed they are with this printer and everything it can do. The 6 months of instaink included was definitely a selling point. Quality is top notch.

The unit was very slow. The printer did not connect properly with my computer. I had to re enter information for setup every time I tried to print something from the computer. when I changed paper sizes the printer sent messages that the paper was not the right size for what I tried to print. Would probably be compatible for someone who only printed 1 0r 2 pages at a time and speed was not a priority.

Working well so for. The reason the printer was replaced the previous same model stopped printing color correctly even after several cleanings and only 22 months old.

easy to set up and a conventient size. I had a hard time to get it to print anything, but found out i was sending it to my old printer. So all I had to do was change the destnation new new printer and it has done a very good job on it all

Bought because our old printer died. Spent a little bit more on this one. So far so good. My wife and daughter like it and use it often. As with any printer the ink levels are very low and you will have to buy ink when you get the printer. The scanner is also very nice for making copies

I purchased this printer after my HP4630 died. I loved my prior printer and was skeptical on the new one. It has surpassed my expectations. It prints quickly and the color is great. it also has an added feature that allows me to email directly from the printer, which I love.

AMAZING printer! Definitely worth the investment. The functionality between computer and phone is not only quick but efficient. Best part is that it comes with instant ink subscription. Saving so much money on ink!
