It was very easy to install and put in the ink cartridges. What bothers me is that printed text prints out very light. I am trying to figure out what to set it at to print darker.

Was having serious issues with my printer, decided to call the Geek Squad for service but found out the service call was just about the same amount of money as a brand new one. I cancelled service call and went to Best Buy and bought a new printer.

I am in love with the printer but i cannot fax,scan or copy from the printer. You have to download and an app but the app does not work. You can still have access through your phone but it's better through the printer which you cannot do.

It works great. No problem there. However, I have never encountered a printer I had any problems installing until this one. I could not get it to find my modem no matter what I did. But the good news here is that I called Hewett Packard tech support and got on surprisingly quickly with a rep. who was able to take control of my computer and finish the setup, but it took her probably a half hour or more to do it too. So, it was not just me and I have set up all my electronics myself for at least 25 years until this one.

I love my new HP Printer. I love the fact that it has a silent printing mode and since joining the online instant ink program when I run out of ink HP automatically sends me new ink when I am low. How nice is that!!

This device keeps asking me to reset it every time I used it. It is so inconvenient.

Straight forward, with great document scanning and wireless connection. It works just as you expect. Ink usage seem averagely efficient.

Top sheet feeder did not recognize a single or few sheets after a short time. They triggered the switch, but then would slide back out, causing it to think the sheets were not loaded. Larger numbers of sheets stayed in place. I only have use of one hand so could not hold the pages in place while pressing buttons with other hand. Otherwise it worked just fine. I need it for more scanning than printing.

I bought this printer as a gift for my daughter. She does a lot of scanning of original anime artwork and wanted a printer that provides high quality, detail scanning which she says she got from this printer

Printer works as it should. I havent used the scan or fax feature yet. It seems a little slow coming on but that could be our internet service speed.

Ok printer. You have to hold down the power button to turn it on and off. Sometimes I have to try it a couple of times before it turns on.

I had to replace my HP printer that served me for many years. This replacement is not as robust in speed, but it does the job. I'm trying the ink plan for the first time. Good value for the money.

I am sure this printer is good, unfortunately I was not able to connect with my patents old computer, too much headaches. had to return

This is my second HP printer and has the same features as the one I purchased last year. I have a cottage and I often need to do work and print from this location. It's an updated version of my first printer with the same features.

Couldn’t go online and it prints slower than its sister unit

Good, fast printer. Did not realize there is no USB port to download scans to. MUST use the HP software to download to a computer. Disappointing.

I have had trouble with this printer since I got it. It won't connect to my devices even when it shows up as connected. Every time I try to turn it off it won't respond and I have to unplug it. Now I can't get it to print.

Although the color throws me off this is a great replacement for out previous “all in one” printer. Great for home or a small office. The only actual drawback is the display. It is quite small for the size of the printer. Other than that no complaints thus far.

The auto feed tray is very touchy and does not always pull the pages through properly. That is the only reason it did not get 5 starts

I was tired of purchasing ink monthly so I purchased this printer since it my research said it prints a large amount of pages per ink cartridge. Regular size cartridge lasted me 3 months, with daily printing. Couldn’t be more pleased
