I use my printer for small jobs--recipes, book reviews, social groups, and also to keep my life and household running. This more than fills my needs, and exceeds my expectations. I should note that I am an older person with only minimal tech skills.

We’ve only had this printer for a month. Had a little trouble setting up but support is very good. All functions must be set up before using so we still can’t scan because we haven’t set that up yet. Good printer for the price, but of course HP ink is expensive.

Difficult set-up. Took multiple attempts to link to Wi-Fi. The online set-up app didn't work. When using scanner, the top feed doesn't work. Have to hand feed each sheet on to glass to scan.

This printer replaced an HP printer that I had previously because it broke after years of service. I thought I was getting a direct replacement but I was surprised to find it did most everything better and faster than my old printer. I am very pleased with it.

It's always fun when your return window ends and the machine breaks THE NEXT DAY. I'm furious. I've looked up everything I can to troubleshoot the "missing cartridge" issue but it appears that the whole printer needs to be serviced. It's brand new.

So far so good! It seems to be doing everything I expected . I replaced my #8610 which I had for many years, & this is my 3rd or 4th HP printer. I'm looking forward to seeing how efficiently the Instant Ink replacement works.

Not made well at all, rickity, slow…uses in too fast

Great all in one. Small foorprint and the cloud feature is handy. The free 6 month ink program gives me a chance to see how many pages I print and the most cost efficient ink option.

Can't get the HP Smart to work....the printer appears fine, Can't use the multifeed copy part yet....I"m sure it's a good product, but the directions would be a great help

Set up took about an hour from the box to printing. a few glitches but they were corrected early. I would recommend this unit for home or a small business. The color printing is excellent

Have had this printer for a month now and have not had any problems. Bought this one to replace my old HP that still works great but I wanted a wireless one. Will update if I start having problems.

This printer is truly a nightmare. I have never had so many paperjams in my life. I think for every one page it successfully prints it wastes/jams at least two. Not to mention how dam slow it is. Truly awful. Do not buy.

This printer is working perfectly and I do like it. My previous printer was an HP 8600 so I'm hoping this printer is as good of a quality as my last. So far so good. Highly recommended.

Prints very fast! However, it does have some connectivity issues. But once you overcome does - it seems to function just fine!

Easy to set up and works well. Well packaged and easy assembly. Not fond of the delivery service. Told a sooner date when ordered, and it came much later.

Easy to set up, easy to use. Nice wireless printer and scanner for our home office that doesn't take up too much space. We have been very happy with it so far.

I'm just now trying to install this unit and after 2.5 hours yesterday I gave up. I tried the help button but got nothing. There is no phone number to call and when it comes to on-line directions I'm lost. I will try again today and if I get no further than yesterday I think I'll pack it up and return it.

person - Matt - was most helpful in getting wifi connection. he discovered the "all access point" in our home was hooked up incorrectly. after correcting that, he was able to successfully connect the wifi to the printer.

I needed a printer since mines broke and this was the best deal I could find at Best Buy. My only concern was it prints very slowly.

It is worth the money you pay for it. Unfortunately, if you do subscribe to the instant ink program, you need to keep the printed on, otherwise, the service could be interrupted.
