So far so good! It seems to be doing everything I expected . I replaced my #8610 which I had for many years, & this is my 3rd or 4th HP printer. I'm looking forward to seeing how efficiently the Instant Ink replacement works.

Top sheet feeder did not recognize a single or few sheets after a short time. They triggered the switch, but then would slide back out, causing it to think the sheets were not loaded. Larger numbers of sheets stayed in place. I only have use of one hand so could not hold the pages in place while pressing buttons with other hand. Otherwise it worked just fine. I need it for more scanning than printing.

This replaced a sturdier and more reliable model with larger ink cartridge capacity. Move the new printer ever so slightly and watch the electric cord disconnect. So sad that HP has reduced the quality of their printers. HP products used to be reliable and sturdy, and now I wish I had purchased another brand.

I am sure this printer is good, unfortunately I was not able to connect with my patents old computer, too much headaches. had to return

Prints very fast! However, it does have some connectivity issues. But once you overcome does - it seems to function just fine!

The auto feed tray is very touchy and does not always pull the pages through properly. That is the only reason it did not get 5 starts

Cool looking, super functional and resolution seems the best I have ever seen.I use it for home office and now getting one more for my office desk at the shop as well. Downloading its app gets you way ahead of any other printers in the market.

Easy to set up, easy to use. Nice wireless printer and scanner for our home office that doesn't take up too much space. We have been very happy with it so far.

Easy to set up and works well. Well packaged and easy assembly. Not fond of the delivery service. Told a sooner date when ordered, and it came much later.

person - Matt - was most helpful in getting wifi connection. he discovered the "all access point" in our home was hooked up incorrectly. after correcting that, he was able to successfully connect the wifi to the printer.

I have been using this printer for 2 months now and have had no problems with it. I am not real technically inclined but I was able to set it up myself with no problem. I am able to print from my computer, tablet and phone with no issues so far.

Great all in one. Small foorprint and the cloud feature is handy. The free 6 month ink program gives me a chance to see how many pages I print and the most cost efficient ink option.

Movable plastic parts too flimsy and most likely to fail during normal usage. Recommend decrease amount of play that parts move on. (tighten tolerances)

Didn't have much in the way of setup directions - had to visit store and call geek squad to get it working. Since it was set up, I haven't had any problems with it.

Reeived it yesterday Friday, July 3, 2020 Add more after have had time too use the product. Have not encountered any problems yet Talk on product if foresee any new occurrence

Easy set up! Everyone in the house has access through their phones! Nice surprise was having a landline meant we could automatically use the fax machine! Has been a life saver with medical documents having to be sent recently!

This printer is very slow to respond, and occasionally doesn't respond. When it is turned on, and a print job is sent to it, you will hear the mechanisms inside the printer moving around for up to 3 minutes before the first page is printed. My older HP printers were much more reliable and responsive. I am thinking about returning this printer and buying an older, used model.

I needed a printer since mines broke and this was the best deal I could find at Best Buy. My only concern was it prints very slowly.

I have been a loyal supporter of HP printers BUT not this one. It took about an hour to get set up. A couple of days later I went to scan and it would not scan, the error message said it would not connect to the internet. Really, you can not scan unless it is connected to the internet or they have not done a good job in explaining how to do so without the internet. A week later I had an 80 page manual I needed to print. It started printing, then I got a message saying the printer was not connected to the internet. It then canceled my print job. This time I checked and my internet was working with numerous other devices. I shut off the printer and started it back up, it now says it is connected. I was able to finish my printing job. I have wasted more time with this printer than I did with the other HP printer that I had for over 7 years. HP was quick in sending me an email reminding my free ink for 6 months is free as long as you do not go over their page limit. In the past, I used to print confidential documents, today I would not feel comfortable doing so on this printer especially since it must be connected to the internet to print. I just wanted an easy to use printer/scanner. If there are more hassles, I will be looking to replace my one month old printer with another brand.
