As if the picture had been on display or returned item that was re-boxed and sent to me. I have not had favorable experiences with Best Buy and so this occurrence made me question again why I shop with Best Buy. I reserve judgment whether I will continue shopping with Best Buy, as the printer seems to be working as I need it to.

At home set up was just "plug it in" and print. Can't do any better than that for a "Geezer" It was recommended to me by my daughter. HP Office Jet Pro 8025

Ink doesn’t last 6moths like they tell you !

However, I was told that the ink that come with the printer is supposed to last 6moths I had the printer for about 10 days used it 3 time and now is running low on in and I have to wait 5-10 business days for more ink and I have to either go out and print or spend my own money on it !

I’m sorry to learn that your printer is low on ink well before you expected it to be. I can certainly understand why this would be a jarring surprise, especially considering you must wait five to 10 business days for new cartridges. I want to help you understand what’s happening so you can get the most from the printer from here forward. I hope the information and resources below will accomplish that.
First, I can’t say for certain what happened with the ink supply in your case, but some printers come with what are known as setup cartridges, which have a lower capacity than regular or XL cartridges, and less still than ones in our Instant Ink program.
Second, printers such as yours don’t ship with a six-month supply of ink. Rather, the purchase includes six months’ enrollment in Instant Ink. In that program, you choose a plan based on the number of pages you would like to print monthly, and replacement cartridges are shipped as needed based on usage. Once the free period expires, you are billed on a monthly interval.
Instant Ink should have been an option for you when you set up the printer. If it was not, or if you did not enroll, I recommend that you contact us directly so we can assess and resolve the situation. HP+ printers such as yours come with exclusive concierge support. Its little touchscreen wouldn't allow it to copy or even function. Another problem I noticed was the low quality of the printout after installing the ink. It came out not too sharp and not too intense as compared with my other copier.

The only issue is that I do not like ink support because there can be issues if the printer goes offline, which is something that can occur at anytime and it affects the program.

It won't connect to my devices even when it shows up as connected. Every time I try to turn it off it won't respond and I have to unplug it. Now I can't get it to print.

Unfortunately, if you do subscribe to the instant ink program, you need to keep the printed on, otherwise, the service could be interrupted.

But I ended up calling HP for some extra help. Will not do that again. From now on Geeks Squad. I like how to set up with ink and the paper slot holds more paper.

It works really well for what I use it for . So far I have had no problems with it . the only thing I wish. Is you can't adjust the font size. Other than that I have no complaints about it
